We used Specialty Transportation to bring guests between the hotel and venue for our wedding day and we couldn't have been happier! Leah was very quick to respond to my emails and answer all of my questions throughout the entire process.The buses were on time and our guests loved them! They were affordable and beautiful clean buses. We definitely recommend choosing Specialty Transportation for your transportation needs!!!

Specialty Transportation was awesome! Unfortunately, by the time we realized we needed a second bus for our wedding guests from the venue to the hotel, we had to book the second bus through another company. The night of the wedding, the other bus company didn't show up to pick up our guests on time. Specialty's driver (Neal) volunteered to take all guests home to each hotel (which was above and beyond their contract). The other bus company ended up showing up 30 minutes late. If it weren't for Specialty, we would have had a lot of angry guests. They went above and beyond for us!

Guests reported that the shuttle was right on time and the driver’s music was great! Very reasonable prices and they were not difficult to get in touch with to adjust pickup/drop off times. Speciality Transport was perfect for our shuttle needs on our wedding day. They have the best pricing and service in Hartford county and it couldn’t have been smoother working with them. We pushed our start time up on one shuttle by 15minutes and they easily accommodated the change with no extra charge.
