Walked in there were about 22 people waiting and only two people to assist we called in first to see if we can figure out the answer to the questions we had and they asked you for all this prompts to press. What ever happened to speaking to a live representative without having to jump over hoops?

Watched the guard antagonize a old man who was deaf for bringing water into the office he even got in his face and said it louder when he realized he was deaf I also looked it up if water is allowed in social security offices and legally they are you can’t just put a no water sign and that’s the law food yes no food water though is legally allowed the guard also never asked if it was there for medical reasons so glad he didn’t notice my water which is there for medical purposes so teacher your guard the laws cause that’s a safety issue and against the law 🙂

The phone service with all the announcements is ridiculous! Then you get through after a 3hour WAIT & get disconnected & they don't even have the decency to call you back!
You should have the option to make an appointment in line or schedule a call back!!

After gegtting in touch with the Baltimore office (Susan) and explaining that we were involved in a scam we were directed to Jasmine in the East Hartford office. From the minute we were admitted we were treated with kindness and understanding by the security guard. After a short wait we spoke with Jasmine, and she listened to our concerns and quickly and efficiently handled all of our questions. Can't say enough about the kindness exhibited by the East Hartford office.

Like everyone else, I'm giving a shout out the the guard. He's been there as long as I can remember and is always helpful, kind, and a bit humorous. Today I went in for an ongoing issue and waited less than 5 minutes to be seen. Liz quickly found tge problem and gave me the information I needed. Very sweet and kind. Thanks again Liz!
