Samantha is so warm and friendly. She is the only clerk who politely explained the hotel policy. 5 stars service is solely due to her. The rooms are spacious but could use some upgrades in bathroom. Location is great public transportation and lots of stores close by. Room service comes with no hesitation. Will book again.

Samantha is the front desk clerk, shes so warm and friendly. She politely explained the hotel policy and took care of my reservation quickly. Chintan is also helpful and kind. 5 stars service is solely due to them. The rooms are spacious but could use some upgrades in bathroom. In my 2-bed room, one of the beds had a mattress with no pad, and the other had a "mattress" that felt closer to a box spring in that it was hard as a rock. The walls were thin enough that I could clearly understand the TV in the rooms on both sides of me, making it difficult to sleep. The entire hotel smells, even in my non-smoking room, though the smell is considerably better there than in the lobby and halls. If all you need is a warm room with a bed at the lowest cost, the Red Roof satisfies those criteria. Otherwise, avoid this hotel unless absolutely necessary.

The associate Aaleysha Was the upmost professional and comforting. Her communication was concise and transparent. We had a business trip in which we arrived late at night and she was very accommodating because the check-in process was seamless and straightforward. She was very nice and bubbly and we needed that breath of fresh air after our hectic travel. Thank you red roof for hiring the best. Highly recommend!

Stayed for two nights and the front desk lady was absolutely exceptional! I believe her name was Samantha! She helped us every step of the way and any issue we had she took care of us very well. We even switched rooms at the snap of a finger when we were displeased with the first. She made our stay welcoming and we will absolutely be returning on our next travels.

I had a great time here. The two at the front desk, Aaleysha and Samantha are great. I was having trouble booking a reservation and they took their time to explain to me and assist me. They photocopy ID's that's the picture and info not just the info which normally is fine the photo parts is violation of state and federal law, and worse they refuse and will get rude and intimidating about any policy or info and just say call the police if you want we will not give it back.
This is a bottom of the barrel dwelling only attractive for its price, and it will retain your information with your legally protected Image which most hotel will not do.
Perhaps a lawsuit or two will set this place straight

The hotel was cool. But the front desk worker made the stay. My room was had a small issue and Samantha was amazing. She made sure everything was fixed and even sent me to the pizza I've had in Connecticut. |THANKS SAM! Your the best made my night I was starving
