Customer service -Horrible
> They couldn't deliver confirmations to either one of my email accounts successfully.
> Contact by phone, very difficult to understand what the representative was saying, poor speaking skills
The bed downstairs - mattress was hard as a rock, flabby pillows
The Bed in the loft - is better according to my daughter
Beware of the $95.00 cleaning fee, excessive to say the least

I can't say enough positive things about this apartment hotel in downtown New Haven. The location was ideal, with easy access to shopping, restaurants and attractions. The apartment was equipped with air conditioning and heating, which allowed me to adjust the temperature to my preferences. The equipped kitchen was a real luxury, as I was able to prepare delicious meals during my extended stay. New Haven Stays is in the perfect location for someone who is looking to venture out and explore the city. We could not have been happier with the location and how clean everything was. My stay at this Airbnb located in downtown New Haven was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcome and comfortable.The apartment itself was charming and cozy. It was meticulously clean and well equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, just steps away from numerous restaurants, stores and local attractions. In addition, public transportation was readily available, which made exploring the city very convenient.
