We stayed here from Friday 10/18 - Sunday 10/20 and what a great time we all had. We traveled in for a wedding and I have to say I don’t have any complaints. The woman at the front desk, (wish I got her name - she had beautiful red in her hair) was absolutely the best. So welcoming, so sweet, helpful and kind. I have to say, any staff member I came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. My kids of course loved the pool which was very clean and tidy. We enjoyed our weekend with the Hilton 🩷

Stayed here after an issue with our room at a nearby hotel. The rooms are definitely approaching the time for a refresh but they were clean, well equipped, and comfortable.

The staff was AMAZING. There is a small bar operated by the hotel and the woman working the bar was quite friendly and a terrific host. The night shift manager really stood out. Around 8pm, there was a smoker that decided it was too cold to smoke outside and started smoking inside and blowing the smoke out an open door - smoke quickly filled the hallway and started entering the rooms. Within 30 seconds of us calling the front desk to notify them, the front desk manager was there and addressing the situation with the smoker. He profusely apologized to us (even though he did everything he could) and booked us into another room on the second floor. Absolutely top-notch customer service and a level of pride in his work and guardianship over the property that is rare to come across. Management should give that man a raise!

What a dump! I was very disappointed with this hotel. Despite advertising to have been renovated the beds were quite old as visible by the sagging box springs. Neither my husband nor I could sleep as they were so uncomfortable. The room was really ugly. Looks to have been decorated in the 1970s all brown and beige with wear very visible. It was as unattractive as it was uncomfortable. And the phones didn't work and shades couldn't be drawn to block the street lights. Just a disaster. I will definitely not be booking with you again. What a disappointment for a Hilton. And a waste, as we had 2 rooms, of over $300.

Positive: Location and parking. Pool is heated and check out time is 12 which I like not having to rush in the morning. Negative: room need tlc ,fresh paint etc there was a smell in the room like sewage. The bathroom sink wouldn't drain, the rug felt moist. The pool had stuff floating in it, unsure what that was. Could not open the back door entrance with key and no tv channels

Hilton takes advantage of the customer. I had reserved (2 months ago) a room for 2 nights & the total cost was going to be $546.84. Today I called to modify my reservation & instead of a true modification to an existing reservation, the agent cancelled my existing reservation & rebooked me with a reservation at a much higher rate of $460.05 for just 1 night! I asked to speak to a manager & was told I'd be transferred but instead was disconnected. While I'm aware that rates are subject to change, I find this whole sort of bait & switch to be unacceptable. Hilton is taking advantage of the customer.

Old, dated but still comfortable. Mold in the shower, sink could have been cleaned better. But comfortable beds and a good location for us.

Surely there must be a refreshed version of Hilton Garden Inn out there. But regardless, this is not one of them. The lighting and color pallet in my room looks inspired by a 1930’s mental hospital. I’m tempted to sleep in my car. The whole room is 256 shades of soul-sucking beige. There are plenty of modern hotels within a mile of this place, so there’s no reason to stay here. Except maybe the front desk staff who were perfectly friendly and efficient, and who deserve to work in a nicer hotel.
