Great hotel and great customer service! Mike at the front desk is more than accommodating and very friendly. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Also, easy to get to NYC from the MTA.

Pros: location. Wendy, Mike, and I think Marco? were all polite and pleasant enough.

Cons: Management is nonexistent. We were told the Director of Engineering was going to handle several of the issues with our room and he was useless. We felt he was avoiding our requests and waiting to clock out or until the GM was back from vacation. No one knows anything and it felt very disorganized. It is a hefty price tag for subpar service and rundown rooms.

We had to stay due to a flooding emergency and quite frankly it only added stress to our situation. No room issues were resolved and we are now waiting for a partial refund.

I checked in today and was def not expecting for it to be so lively. A ton of families with teens for a sports contest or the long weekend. It is such a small world where I ran into someone I grew up with! Kudos to the team with Michael and Judy were doing their thing. They kept it fun and juggled rapid requests like professionals. There's a guy working with an accent and he had me rolling. Not too many negatives but I will say that the rooms could use a lil TLC and someone should look into cleaning the trash chutes in the hallways. What a weird and wonderful experience so far.

Cool location, city wise. Norwalk is the draw if you have time to enjoy it and like restaurants and nightlife. Was there for a wedding so I can't say too too much. Rooms are basic and nothing too crazy. Mike or Mark at the front was super professional and energized. One of the housewomen was helpful. Everyone on staff kind of seemed miserable or confused otherwise. Wish they had a restaurant or something on site. I'd stay again for an event but probably look elsewhere in general.

House keeping service is not every other day! Once a week at best. Be prepared for reusing towels and asking for toilet paper. Two bed suite ordered; studio suite given. I feel like a college student sleeping on a sofa!

I recently stayed at the Marriott Residence Inn in Norwalk, Connecticut, and it was a truly disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a peaceful stay. Loud music from the rooftop venue literally vibrated the walls of my room at night, making it impossible to relax or sleep. There was a sound machine next to the bed which did nothing and was a clue that this is an ongoing problem. I've stayed in a lot of Residence Inns and a sound machine is not a standard amenity. ||||I asked the receptionist to have the manager call me but after two plus hours I was told that "Nick" had left the property and there wasn't a manager on site. The receptionist repeated assurances led to nothing, leaving me frustrated and exhausted. I was on the 8th floor and my associate was on the 4th floor and we both heard and felt the loud music. ||||The next morning I asked the front desk for a refund of my room as I did not get what I paid for. The next day "Nick" approved a 50% refund. Still not a happy customer. ||||PS. And anyone who is chemically sensitive, the hotel has a chemical smell from cleaning products.

Terrible hotel. The shower flooded the whole floor. The shower curtain was gross and not long enough. The towels were grey and dingy and very thin. The light switches were crazy. Veronica at the desk was the only saving grace. She was friendly and very nice. Would never stay there again
