Friendly attentive staff. Clean quiet room. Fitness room good enough. Great stay in a good location. The Norwalk Courtyard is well worth the say and a good value in a generally expensive area. The cafe was welcoming and good coffee. The bed was comfortable. All in all a great stay

We love this hotel. The courtyard itself is so beautiful - as is the lobby and bistro area. The rooms were so clean with very comfortable beds. I recommend asking for a room that opens up into the courtyard. The people at the hotel are absolutely lovely. Anita and Zion were both especially kind in helping find a great room for my dad with dementia over Thanksgiving. They really made a difference to us. The hotel is also in a great location with nice restaurants nearby - but also close to the highway.

We typically stay at another hotel down the street, but recently switched to Marriott rewards and are so grateful that we did! The hotel is clean and modern. Every staff member is friendly and actually helpful. I liked the amenities that are offered for purchase near the front desk, from band aids to bottle of wine, and the bar in the lobby area serves as a bar / restaurant at night and a Starbucks / restaurant in the daytime. At first, I thought it was a Starbucks with just the regular pastry type offerings, but there is a menu and I had the breakfast bowl - two eggs over easy on top of brown rice with avocado. It was delicious!|Our room was very clean and I liked the layout of the bathroom - there's an actual door that shuts all of the way for the toilet / shower area. Just outside of that is the sink and a closet and you can shut that off from the main room, too.|Excellent stay all around and we will definitely be back!

AMAZING STAFF, above and beyond customer service. Modern, clean, and spacious rooms. Very close to anything one could need. Dunkin’ next door ! Very comfortable and quiet stay. Thank you , I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great hotel - staff is friendly and accomodating. Love the bistro & bar. Price point is great for a roomy King suite. Like the connecting rooms for our famiy as well. Love that the market is open 24 hrs as is the fitness center. Coming back for sure!

I've been to this hotel numerous times over the years, from 2010's when my son attended Fairfield University to the present where my company is doing work for a large Norwalk-area business. The rooms are always clean and well apportioned. The hotel is very quiet. The mattresses are comfortable. I appreciate having the Bistro on site that doubles as a bar at night. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. I cannot think of a single negative thing, at least from my experiences. I will be back.

This was a great hotel and stay! 10 min from my friends house and the staff was so accommodating and helpful! They even cleaned up our room a little when we didn’t ask for it. That www nice of them for our room was a tornado with our baby. Thank you all for the great hospitality!
