My father was employed by this company, and unfortunately, his experience was far from satisfactory. Despite providing his availability and requesting two days off per week, the company consistently disregarded his schedule and failed to accommodate his needs.

Additionally, there was an incident where a customer provided false information to receive a free ride, and the company took her side without conducting any proper investigation. This ultimately led to my father being terminated without any prior communication or opportunity for clarification.

A company that lacks effective communication and fairness in its practices cannot be trusted. When I require transportation services, I will certainly seek out a more professional and respectful company. Poor treatment of employees and clients alike will inevitably hinder long-term success.

From multiple transportation arrangements, to their clear communication from day 1 to wedding day - they were an absolute pleasure to work with. This company was used as a shuttle service for a large car event going on in CT. On the first day, the smaller coach bus I rode on was great. Very clean, and the driver was a great guy. On day two, the large coach bus we took in the morning had a strong sewage smell in the back. It made the ride unbearable. I'm not sure if it was an issue with the onboard bathroom or ventilation, but that was unacceptable. The floor was also filthy and it was only 8:30 in the morning. Then, going back to the parking lot later in the day, it was the same thing but not as strong. I gave two stars because of the good bus experience on the first day. To anyone considering using a large coach bus from this company, you have been warned.

We rented a party bus for this past Saturday, August 17, 2024. It was horrible. The a/c didn't work and worse was the bathroom. It was dirty and did not work. I specifically requested a bus with a bathroom not for convenience but because one of our life long friends is battling terminal cancer. The communication with this company has been not helpful and truthfully the last person I spoke to was rude and didn't listen to a work I said. They lied when I sent pictures from the communication I had prior to Saturday. First, it was they didn't know who I was speaking to but today they referred to him by name. The bus that was sent was was not on their website. Come to find out that the bus we paid alot of money for was used to shuttle people around Stamford. Had constant a/c problems and was told not to use the bathroom. Very upsetting.

Elite limo had amazing customer service from the staff on the phone to our driver George. Professional and attentive every step of the way. Rented a 20 passenger bus for prom, vehicle was clean, safe, and everything we hoped it would be. Highly recommend!

I cannot speak for the company but I was on a group trip that left CT and went to a State 5 hours away. The driver drove recklessly to and fro this included but not limited to speeding, riding on the tails of cars, driving to close to guard rails, crazy sudden stops from speeding, not staying in the lane, running over the shoulder rumble strip, and colliding into a car and driving off. This 60 passenger vehicle being driven recklessly left me extremely car sick, anxious, nervous, and never wanting to be in another bus of any sorts. I am sitting at home extremely messed up physically and mentally. This driver is an unsafe person.

Oh and to add Saturdays driving conditions leaving Connecticut was extreme with wind and rain. Our driver drove with foggy windows and could not figure if cool air or heat would fix the problem. So he kept driving and wiping and or driving and pulling over but not long enough to fix the problem. This went on for 5 hours. Honestly scary and horrific does not begin to describe my experience. The extreme temperatures added to the discomfort of this trip.
