Nice clean room with comfortable beds. Not elegant, but clean, well maintained and quiet. Outstanding for the price! We had a late check-in and requested a late check-out... no problem! The desk rep Jennifer was pleasant and helpful when we checked in. She was still there in the morning and running the breakfast buffet. Breakfast was good with a number of options. I witnessed Jennifer dealing with a very abrasive and loud guest who had some sort of issue with the breakfast. It was a legitimate request, but made in the most abrasive and confrontational way I could imagine. Jennifer handled the situation with remarkable patience considering she had been up all night and was handling the breakfast solo on a Sunday morning. Overall, I would say our stay was comfortable and pleasant... no problem recommending this hotel!

First time here. We arrived on a Thursday night at the end of October, and it wasn't busy at all. Check - in and check - out went quickly. There was plenty of parking available around the hotel. Breakfast was available, but there wasn't much, so we skipped it. The rooms were spacious. It wasn’t bad for one night.

Our room at this hotel was by far the dirtiest I have ever stayed in. Here is a quick summary:|1. There was a dirty coffee cup on the floor when we entered the room.|2. Bed sheets on one of the beds had crumbs and some sort of (bodily?) fluids|3. Floors at the entrance were sticky (shoes got stuck as you walked)|4. There was a piece of a sausage or some sort of meat on the carpet by the bed|5. After we flushed the toilet once, it overflowed onto the floor|6. The paint to the walls was peeling, but honestly after everything else this really didn't matter to me.

Not good. I checked in around 3:30 ,I put my stuff in room, went to buy few items from Walmart came back later to room to settle ,I looked at floor I found not vacuumed, bathroom counter not clean or even wiped,black stains over shower curtain. I went to talk to lady on desk ,she said you checked in 2 hours ago and now you complaining about the room, of course yes.
Lady on front desk was not so friendly and I was explaining to her what is happening she started talking to other customer as a sign that she doesn't like or believe what I am saying. Of course she told me you can leave or take what we offered you.
I did leave and know that will never be refunded.

Very comfortable beds in a nicely furnished quiet room that was spotless.Ample parking available. Efficient and personable office staff. Breakfast however was only mediocre with the usual standards but no fresh fruit or additions to few cereal choices. A common problem here.

I have stayed here twice, this last time was the last. Granted it is a cheaper hotel, but I expect things to be clean at the least. Bathroom was filthy, we did not get the same room as what was booked on line, the phone to the room was held together with scotch tape as was the TV remote. The location is excellent for what we needed, everyone was polite but just not up to a cleaning standard I would expect from a chain like comfort inn. Disappointed .

We stayed at the Comfort Inn, East Windsor for a very short 2-day stay, in early June 2024. This hotel was very convenient and accessible to area businesses. We were extremely dissatisfied with the room we were in because the bathroom had a pungent moldy smell which permeated through out the entire hotel room. Luckily we brought scented candles with us which helped a little with the smell. We complained to the front desk clerk twice and were told that they were fully booked; could not switch our room to another one. Their only remedy was to place some sort of "scent neutralizing product" in the hotel bathroom in our room. Since our stay was short we didn't make a fuss but the customer service was lacking or nonexistent because we weren't even offered a discount or a refund.

Additionally, if you decide to sleep in in the mornings, at this hotel, you'll completely miss housekeeping because apparently they only offer this service during the morning hours/shift. We found this out the hard way when we needed fresh towels in the afternoon and were told that housekeeping was there only in the mornings. Hotel staff did bring towels to our room later on, upon request. All that being said, you get what you pay for when it comes to hotels. That was woefully apparent in this case.

We do not recommend this hotel to anyone! This was our first and last time staying at the Comfort Inn, East Windsor-Springfield.
