Shana was amazing!! She helped me planned my mom’s 60th birthday in Jamaica. She set everything up from the venue, chef, photographer, and decorator. Everything turned out amazing! This entire trip was EPIC and my family and I will never forget it! Thank you so much Shana for helping me put this trip together!

My experience with Limitless Travel was not a good one. Shana is good when everything is going good but what about if there's problems?
No help from her.
When we first got to the resort it was nice. I had a luggage issue. My luggage came early the next morning so we asked if we could extend for 1 day since we felt we lost a day because of the luggage. Shana said she'll get back to me later that day. Never heard back from her and at that point 2 days later we ran into problems with the front desk. One of the reps was rude and wouldn't give us a time frame as to when housekeeping would be back. So I requested a manager and got it resolved. After I had to have words with that front desk person.
I told Shana we were having issues but I didn't want to write it all out in email.
No follow up from Shana. No follow-up on extending the stay and nothing regarding the issues we were having. Just mia. Will never use this service again.

Shana dealt with us professionally and efficiently, even from the USA while we were in the UK. She was flexible with payment and the ways to pay, finding an alternative method when necessary.
