First time using Ambassador Limo and we could not be more pleased with the service! From my first call, I was impressed with a customer service provided. We traveled quite a bit in the month of October and used Ambassador Limo five times for transportation to both Bradley international airport and JFK. Communication was fabulous and drivers arrived promptly with no issues whatsoever. Drivers were also very professional, and we were confident in their driving skills. Highly recommend and will absolutely use again!

We had a great experience with both our drivers .on the way to NY our driver showed up just before our pick up time and made sure we were comfortable even had waters and charge cords for our phones.helped us with our luggage at both locations.

On our return our driver showed up early which I really appreciated to get us back home even earlier than anticipated.

Thank you to all involved in making make this a very memorable trip for both my wife and I.

A truly enjoyable experience and stress relief in not having to deal with travel to and from JFK Airport. Absolutely perfect service both with the drop off to our airport and the pickup 12 days later. Cars were immaculately clean and the rides were smooth. Can’t recommend them highly enough!
