My husband and I made our travel arrangements with Emanuel travel and we couldn't be happier with the results. Our travel plans weren't simple. We were traveling out of the country with our pets. Pam was so helpful and put our minds at ease as she took care of everything!!
Pam is very personable and professional. She knows what she's doing. I was recently in to see Pam to book another reservation and she even remembered the name of our dog that traveled 2 months ago. That really impressed me. I will 100% recommend Emanuel travel to my family and friends!!

Pam has been fantastic!  No amount of googling will get you the kinds of suggestions that Pam has provided us.  She took time to learn about us, what we like, and the kind of experience we were looking for at our price point. Her suggestions were outstanding and ones we would never have come up with on our own.  Our trip was complicated with many legs,  but we were part of the process the entire way and thrilled with the plans she put together.  Pam's knowledge and connections mean we'll be able to relax on our trip knowing everything has been taken care of.  Highly Recommend!

I have worked with Pam from Emanuel several times to schedule large group travel, both domestic and international. Pam scheduled a wonderful trip to London, Brussels, and Amsterdam for my wife's 40th birthday! Thr trip was fantastic, went off without a hitch! I used this agencey 18yrs ago when i got married. They were great i had no worries. They were on top of everything. So i figured after the bad experience i had with a agent this year i would go back to them. Man look!!! She was awful. Now I told her about my experience with this agent and that i was worried about having another bad experience. She assured me it wouldn't be that way. She lied!!! I would ask her for info and waits days on end then have to call her back and ask again. This happened the whole time i tries to work with her. She treated me and my family like and after thought. Mind you we were gonna get like 8 cabins. Who misses out on money like that. I guess Pam atemanuel travel does. I found another travel agent that has been on top of everything and has made this experience so much better for me. So thank you Pam for being awful and making room for a great agent to come into my life and help make this trip everything we want it to be and more.
