Great experience planning our first ever cruise. Audrey was wonderful. Explained everything and always answered any questions we had in a timely manner. We will definitely go back to Boscov's for any and all of our future travels.

Trip to Punta Cana was amazing. Planning was easy, logistics were executed seamlessly, and resort was gorgeous except food was meh and there was a foul odor outside of our building.. The only major issue is with the insurance. Paid a per person rate for the trip for 8 travelers and paid for full refund insurance for all 8. One person had to cancel but I’m only being refunded for airfare. We’ve been home for 2 weeks and still have not received a dime. This is a scam. Insurance buyers BEWARE! UPDATE, we’ve been home for 4 weeks. Still no refund. Not a dime. Major Scam in progress. Another UPDATE, still NO REFUND, and no support from the travel agency. We’ve been home for 8 weeks. At this point, we’ve been ghosted by Boscov’s Travel in Easton and United Vacations. I’m telling you, travel insurance IS A SCAM and A CRIME against consumers.

We had used this travel agent previously for a trip to Aruba. Although things didn’t go without some bumps, we thought to try them again for our next vacation. We wanted an all-inclusive resort in the Caribbean. They told us that Curaçao was a good place with a few resorts to choose from. They recommended we go to Dreams Resort & Spa. They gave us brochures with great pictures. That it was right on the beach with 2 pools, 7 restaurants and 4 bars. All meals and drinks would be included. They also recommended we pay extra for Preferred Guest service. We would be treated special with some good upgrades.
The agent set everything up, including hotel reservations, flights & transportation to and from the airport. We got to Curaçao without any issues but that is where our problems began. We waited hours after our scheduled check-in time to get rooms. We found the room was made up but missing towels. I called down to the front desk to ask towels be brought up but didn’t get them until the next day. We went out for dinner to find that that there were really only 4 restaurants and one was reserved for a private party. That left only 3 for the entire resort. We waited until after 9:30pm to get a table. The next morning we went to the beach to find there were no beach towels available. This was an issue most days the rest of the week. We resorted to using the towels in our room. When we returned to our room later in the afternoon, our room wasn’t made up. So again no towels. Also, our mini-bar wasn’t refilled and our toiletries replenished. These were on ongoing problems that continued throughout the rest of the week. I think I called the agents at Boscov’s Travel at least 4 times that week to ask them to help us with the problems we were dealing with at Dreams. All I got was lip service. They said they would contact the resort and straighten things out but nothing changed. The problems persisted. Spending the week at this resort worrying if our rooms would be made up, or if we could get beach towels every day, or if something else would be a problem; was very difficult to deal with. Especially since we paid extra for “Preferred Service” and Boscov’s Travel did nothing to help us.
I recommend you DON’T use Boscov’s Travel for any kind of trip and never pay to go to Dreams Resort & Spa.
- added response. We did receive a dinner in a restaurant in one of the company's other resorts, but since we had paid for all-inclusive, our meals were all included anyway. Other than that Boscov's travel promised to make good but didn't. Also, this other dinner didn't make up for paying hundreds of dollars more for the "Preferred Service". It was a total scam!

Wonderful amazing going out of the way to help is all I can say about Boscov Travel especially with Meg. She not only helps with the travel and insurance but also helps personally with everything else. We got stuck in Rome with injury and Meg helped us get back !! It was emotional and so heart warming. Thank you Boscov Travel and Meg.

The trip to Winterthur and Longwood was just the best time. Audrey is a really great person to travel with and Boscovs does a great job planning the trips. I have 4 trips booked with Audrey for 2024. Very excited about these trips.

This was my first vacation through Boscov's Travel. Our agent was very patient and helpful as we decided where we wanted to go. We ended up selecting the Barcelo Bavaro Beach adult only all inclusive resort in Punta Cana. Throughout the entire planning process our agent continued to be available and helpful with all the aspects of confirming reservations, flights, etc. However, there were so many issues and problems upon arrival that it dampened my enthusiasm somewhat hence the 4 stars instead of 5. We asked for adjacent rooms - we were assigned 2 different buildings. We had the resort change our rooms and there were 3 broken items in one room that it took them 3 days to address. My first room had a disconnected toilet and the second room had a TV that didn't work and was about as far away from my friend's room as it could be in the same building. Plus, the new rooms were not in the adult section but in the families with children section. Almost no one at the resort spoke English which made it impossible to get any meaningful assistance. This included the restaurants we went to which made ordering a trying experience. We chose this particular resort because it was advertised that they had a tennis pro who could give lessons and arrange play. They did NOT. I would not recommend this resort unless you speak Spanish.

I would never consider planning a trip without Tammy as she gives you that comfort level that only Tammy could bring with her extensive travel agent background.
