Very nice hotel for the money. We were greeted promptly and had no problem with check in. Spacious room with a large closet and all the normal amenities. It even had a good breakfast. It is an interesting property since it was originally designed as a mansion. It's more of a "compound" than a hotel so the parking area is quite secure. If I ever get back this way I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

I booked this hotel because their ad said they were 20.6 miles away from Zion National Park. When leaving the park, I googled to get direction and found they were 58 miles away. As we did not feel like doing 2 hrs round trip, I called to cancel but they still charged me 50%, even though they had falsely advertised their hotel. Very bad business practice.

I travel quite a bit, and this was by far the WORSE hotel experience I have ever had. After arriving exhausted, I had to wait and then say "hello" to be able to get someone to help me at front desk. The lady had me fill out a form that I have never had to do at any hotel. One of the first things it stated was that they do not give full refunds but possibly some kind of discount which raised a red flag for me. Got into the room just to find bed sheets full of hair and debris. Completely disgusted, I went downstairs to ask for clean sheets, which I then frustratingly had to place on the bed myself and STILL found hair on. Needed some ice and found the ice machine was out of order. There was carpeting on the wall which had yellow stains on it. Nightstand on my side of the bed had no lighting whatsoever and outlet was too far to be able to charge and use my phone at the same time. There were missing light bulbs above bathroom sink and bulbs that didn't work at all. Fridge(which was sitting on the floor) and microwave were both in the closet. Lastly, TV remote volume only worked when I stood up from the bed. Found out this was a very big house that was converted into a "hotel". Heed the warning, folks. Don't believe whatever "good" reviews you might read. They are all BS. This place, in my opinion, does not meet the minimum standards expected in a hotel, and I am baffled as to how they are even in business

-took 25 minutes before we were greeted at front desk even after pressing the button for assistance.
-Get into the room, there was hair, glitter and stains all over in the beds.
-Was provided with new bedding, still stained, kid mentioned they wash the bedding ONCE a WEEK
-Tv did not work at all, got upgraded to a bigger room, which was wonderful to feel noticed. But the tv in the new room only had one button that actually worked.
-New room still had hair in the beds, and more in the shower. Only provided shampoo, which feels awful in the hair, and no conditioner.
-Customer service needs huge work. They try to be super nice, and they are, just clearly don’t know how to run a hotel or speak well with customers.
-Checked out and not an employee in sight.

My daughter and I were traveling cross country and happened to land one night at this hotel. The price could not be beat so I wasn't expecting the best experience. Boy, what a surprise! The hotel looks quite different than your typical chain hotels. The room was a bit funky but everything was great.

Best complimentary breakfast ever!

I’ve stayed here multiple times and I am very impressed every time. I’ve known Vanessa and the other hotel staff for a few months now and consider them my good friends. Highly recommended this!

The creepiest hotel I have been to so far! It had a “Shining” the movie vibe to it. The hotel very high walls reminds you of prison walls. I arrived at night and could not find the entrance as the back of the building is the place they make you entry from into the parking but they don’t sign post the entrance/reception area and its barely lit up so for a woman alone it does not feel safe. I actually thought for a minute the place was closed!|The rooms are spacious but mine had a carpet with an old chewing gum on it that had not been cleaned in a while (see photos) and the owner refused to do a commercial gesture. And the staff at reception told me that I was not the only one to complain about it… Considering the price of a small carpet or the dry cleaners, clearly the owner does not care about customers.|Dressing with no hangers (see photos). |I had booked to go to Zion NP and although close, it’s actually an hour drive so I would recommend the places closer to Zion NP and not this one.

This is such an interesting inn! Set in a gorgeous rock surrounding in the rural area. Quite nice, spacious rooms and a great price. Refrigerator and microwave in room. 4 stars for very out of way location, no washcloths in room and human hair in sinks and tub. Really great place with stellar breakfast.
