Está señora es prepotente, mal educada, grocera, y falta de ética profesional, la reporte a la oficina principal, porque ella solo es una recolectora, y con su actitud hace quedar mal a la empresa, con la que trabaja, ya que ella no es la dueña de Costa Mar . También hay un hombre mal educado que le gusta pelear con las mujeres, es mal encarado, grosero, y poco caballero. Los dos tienen una mala actitud con los clientes. Así que seguiré quejándome con las personas que correspondan.

El servicio de paquetería es pésimo. El día 1 de abril envíe un paquete a Perú dijeron q demoraría aproximadamente 2 semanas para entregar. El día miércoles antes de jueves santo llamaron q ya estaba listo para recoger. La persona fue a recogerlo a la of cocina en Lima pasada las pascuas el día lunes y le dijeron q no había atencion q regresara el martes. El martes le dijeron q aun el paquete estaba en aduanas, a pesar de haber recaído la llamada diciendo. El paquete está listo para recoger. Llamo a la agencia de Portchester para saber q estaba pasando. Me indican q espere al día viernes. En Lima no responder el teléfono acá tampoco. Es más toman la llamada y la cortan inmediatamente. Depuesto de tanto insistir hoy me contesta y dice q van a averiguar q paso xq según la persona al teléfono el pa aun está en aduana q me retrasara la llamada. Eso al rededor de las 2 pm. Nunca me devuelven la llamada. 5:10 pm llamo nuevamente para una mujer totalmente descortés me dijo en pocas palabras q soy una mentirosa xq de Lima le informan q el paquete está listo para recoger y q nadie a ido por el. MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA con esta agencia.

Worst place ever to use, they don't use a regular fleet company they use regular people and paid them to transport the merchandise, if they get in trouble they left the items behind, also they open your original package and the items get separated. Don't use this establishment they also been reported on BBB for fraudulent use.

Por favor abstenganse de usar estas oficinas, ellos no se hacen responsables de los envois tambien usan otros metodos que son cuestionables para el enviar. la Asistencia de las personas que trabajan alli es completamente vergonzosa ya que no tratan a sus clientes de Buena manera, esta compania ya ha sido reportada a BBB por falta de etica y esta sera la segunda,

Excelente atención , envíos garantizados , buen trato , he realizado Envios de ropa y dinero a mi país ecuador y nunca he tenido problemas , les recomiendo utilizar esta agencia gente seria !!!
