Well I will say that the bathrooms need to be updated as the shower is quite slippery. Towels are placed in an odd location away from the shower so if you don’t realize it prior to taking your shower you’ll end up having to walk dripping wet to it in the adjacent room. I would have given the “room” 3,stars because there is not enough trash cans either but the free Max channel balances it all out. The staff is VERY accommodating and pleasant- 5 stars to the staff!!!!

Last week my car broke down in a parking lot late at night in a near by area. I live out of state and needed a place to stay until morning for a tow. The hotel was sold out when I arrived. I wanted to take a moment to say how kind the man Shane was at the front desk. He gave me water and a snack and a list of surrounding hotels and helped me in my search with recommendations. It was probably 3am by the time I could get a ride and a hotel that was open. Shane was an incredible person and I felt like I was treated with such a warm welcome and respect from a guy who could have easily told me kick rocks if he wanted to. If I’m ever in the area again and need a hotel. Because of this positive interaction this will be my first choice. Shout out to Shane!

My husband and I arrived for a family wedding and were immediately greeted with poor customer service at check in and a long wait. When we arrived to our room there were many flies and at least 10 bees flying around. My husband is allergic to bees so this was quite dangerous, not to mention disgusting! We could barely sleep because we were worried about the bees. We were promised a follow up call from a manager and still have yet to receive any calls! It was almost $400 for one night with terrible service and a room infested with bugs, my card was charged the full amount without anyone reaching out to hear our feedback and concerns. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone to stay at, there are plenty of other hotel options in the area. I would also caution anyone from using this hotel as lodging for their wedding or important event to ensure your guests have a positive experience and are well taken care of!

Worst stay I’ve had so far in a Marriott BonVoy hotel. Check-in was slow and inefficient. Reception staff didn’t try to move the very long line along. The room had many issues. The bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed. The shower door didn’t stay closed either. The paint on the bathroom ceiling was peeling. The AC cycled on and off loudly all night. To top it off, they charge $7 a day for parking, as if there’s an option to park anywhere else. I will not be staying here again.

Do not stay here. rooms are disgusting, overpriced. Checked in and was there for all of 10 minutes before i started finding drug paraphernalia in the room. Just to be switched to another room which was even dirtier. The hallways smelt like cigarettes and marijuana. I wouldve rather slept in my truck then this place. Front desk is zero help, if i could put zero stars i would. HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING ANYWHERE ELSE.

Great hotel just outside of Springfield. Huge breakfast bar area in basement that walks out to large patio and pool area.

The hotel has lots of event space and rooms. Staff are very friendly, let the younger hockey teams use the large conference room space for knee hockey.

AVOID THIS PLACE. Amenities are a JOKE: Motion activated AC/HEAT makes rooms uncomfortable (like when sleeping or sitting in place). Ridiculous "press button to chill - for 2 hours" refrigerator in rooms will not stay cold. Unusable ice machines require room access card which neither I nor Housekeeping could get to work.
One of two elevators was out-of-service for entire three week stay. Hallways frequently cold. Elevator lobby is dirty.

Great hotel, travel for work. Sometimes I head downstairs to the fire-pit, take work calls or relax, if needed. Terry though, she makes my stay worthwhile every time. You can find her at the Poolside Bistro. She’s a champ, and always a great vibe.
