Place was great. Needed table/chairs for Christmas, picked them up a few days before and dropped them off a few days after. Easy to find, clean, the gentleman I spoke with was very nice. Would recommend this business to anyone.

$17 propane refills, these guys are super friendly and very helpful, their refill stations can fill two tanks at a time! Definitely will be back for more.

I rent things here and there from Taylor rental throughout the year. The owners are so nice, their workers are so helpful, And it's always such a smooth process when I visit. Yesterday I was returning some chairs a daily because my car broke down and they were so sweet about it and did not make me pay the extra day. It's so nice to have people in business who are still compassionate. Thank you Taylor rental I will continue to always use you for all of my party needs!

The worst customer service I've dealt with. When I got there there was nobody at the front desk, even after ringing the bell 5 times and waiting for 15 minutes. I ended up having to get out back to find someone who worked there. They also had mixed up my rental time saying I was supposed to have picked up the item at 8am...when I was at work. I had scheduled the rental to be picked up at 4pm. Then I found out that they closed at 530pm and they needed the rented item back by 8am the next day, again while I'm at work. I ended up bringing back the item I had rented without using it because I wouldn't had been able to bring it back by the needed time. When I returned there was nobody at the desk...again. I walked around back and saw the same man who took care of my paperwork chatting away with a visitor. Once I had stated that I needed to return the item, he kept going with his conversation. The customer service here is extremely rude and completely unprofessional. Needless to say I will not be renting from this place again and I suggest no one else does either.

The customer service is very unprofessional and the office staff is extremely rude. While their pricing is good for table/chair rental, the service was so bad that I wont ever rent from them again, nor will I recommend to anyone else. And I'm not normally one to leave a bad review, but when I gave my name to whom I believe is the owner, he spelt it out "S as in sociopath- you must get that a lot" so totally rude. And when I called to confirm a delivery time/pickup time they said that they dont schedule any of their deliveries- how can anyone plan around receiving their products? Every encounter I had with the staff (minus the delivery folks, they were great) left me with such a bad taste in my mouth.

Need party supplies, sure this is the place. Their tables, chairs, tents are all decent. Need equipment, stay faaaaaar away. Their tools and equipment are junk, in various stages of disrepair and barely function, if at all.
Had gotten some equipment here as it was the cheapest around, and what should have been a 4 hour job took 10. After traveling an hour (30 min there and back) and started the job, the equipment broke down. Had to go back to get a replacement. Hour later, once back at job site, the replacement wouldn't even start. Tried for close to 30 min to get it to start, no go. 3 hours, completely lost. Had to call and tell them that not only did they have to get it themselves, but insisted on a full refund as now I had to go elsewhere to get equipment that worked to get the job done.
They did get the equipment the next day, and did provide a full refund.

I'd still NEVER get equipment here again.

I rented a bobcat with tires and had some issues and was replaced with another bigger machine with tracks. This will be the machine I rent next time great experience. Thanks guys your great once again and again. Been going to them for 20+ yrs.
