We love this hotel! The staff is very friendly and informative. They have great recommendations for local food and events. The pool and hot tub are lovely, everything is clean. The rooms are clean and smell great. We had an issue with our thermostat one time, they sent maintenance up immediately and they had it working within minutes.

I could have done without the room right next to the elevator. A reasonably quiet hotel, but not all the time. Excellent location. The Longhorn Steakhouse right next door was crazy busy on Saturday night. Breakfast was extensive. Both mornings it was one of the better hotel breakfasts I've had with a ton of variety and options. The shower was a tad janky but I liked the non slip surface. The first night my wife thought the bed was a tad small and we're not big people, and I thought it was just a tad firm, but the second night it was good. The halls were cold as they seemed to still be using air conditioning in October. Good parking. Seemed like a nice safe area. Very clean. I didn't understand why the waste baskets didn't have linings set up when we got there. The fridge was off when we arrived, apparently to save energy, with signage to turn it on.

I've recently stayed at this Hampton Inn location on two separate occasions for work. Each time, the rooms were so comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. The location is incredibly easy to access off the highway and gets bonus points for sharing a parking lot with one of my favorite restaurants (Longhorn Steakhouse). In addition, I appreciated the affordable laundry at $2/machine and the availability of quarters when needed from the front desk. It's the small things that matter to a frequent traveler like me. I would stay here again if I return to the area.

Good hot breakfast with a bit of variety. The pool was comfortable and just warm enough to not have to get out sooner than desired. Hot coffee of 3 varieties is available 24x7 in the hotel lobby.

Nice little place for a short stay. Everything was clean and the room was very nice. Close vicinity to everything too so no need to travel far for stores and restaurants. I hope to stay here again.

The hotel is in a very convenient location. The cons I found were that the rooms climate control unit is motion controlled. So while you are sleeping the unit goes off until the room gets hot again (or cold if it’s winter) then kicks on again. Constant starting and stopping all night. Nothing can be done to override the system. Our room had a lot of dust above the window valance. Bed was pretty comfortable and the pillows were ok as well.

I stayed for one night in July 2024. The rooms were clean, well maintained and the ac worked well. The furniture looked new. The person who helped me check in after midnight was friendly, welcoming and professional. I would be happy to stay here again. Breakfast in the morning had plenty of options and the breakfast area was clean and the people who worked that space were wonderful ambassadors for the brand.

We stayed for two nights in August and had a great experience. Rooms were clean and modern. Beds were comfortable and AC blew cold. Staff was friendly and accommadating. Complimentary breakfast was very good both mornings.
