I recently went on a Pilgrimage to Israel with our Local Greek Orthodox priest via Cloud tours. The local guide, George, assigned to our tour is truly a wonderful human being. George was knowledge and kind as can be noted by his loving attention to older women on the Pilgrimage. George shared not only facts about the sites we visited but practical information about living in Israel among various religious and ethnic groups. George speak 3 languages: Hebrew, Arabic and Greek!
Also, Cloud Tours provided excellent planning for our journey; details about transportation, overnight accommodations, agenda and sites to be visited. I was able to change my ticket the week before departure - amazing feat! I highly recommend Cloud Tours for any trip that you wish to take. Excellent kindness and attention to details. I wish Cloud Tours many years of success! And, if you go to the Holy Land, please ask for George!!! You will not be disappointed!!!

I am so very disappointed to do this as this place was recommended to me by a family friend. I spoke with someone a month ago about a trip to Greece and she told me she would get back to me in a few days with a plan. When I hadn't heard back in over a week, I called and left a message. I have received no reply at all and it has been almost 2 months. I went with another agency in Greece and even with the time zone difference they got back to me sooner than these people in NY.
