Kate is amazing!!! She went above and beyond to help my wife and I find our dream home. She spent the time not only getting to know our needs/wants, but also got to know us on a personal level. I could not recommend Kate enough for anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable and well seasoned realtor to sell or purchase a home. We started looking for house in March of 2023 and closed early June of this year. After a handful of offers, late afternoon showings and long commutes she had to take, she stuck with us along the way! There was no hesitation for her to help us out considering how far away we were from her.
