Don’t waste your time with this group. Totally unprofessional and inconsiderate. We booked an 11 am tour. They emailed us and told us they double booked and could push us back to 11:30. We accommodated them. We showed up 15 minutes in advance like we were asked. They made us wait an extra half an hour.. Knowing we were waiting they intentionally dragged out the group ahead of us taking pictures. When they returned we were then told we couldn’t go because the wind was too strong. And instead of profusely apologizing for their poor business practices we were given excuses and had to wait for our refund. Find another group to give your business.

Our group of 7 had an amazing time with Cheryl, Sue, and their assistant, whose name I cannot remember. We originally planned for all 7 to stand-up paddle board, but Cheryl was very accommodating when a few wanted to switch to kayak. Our sunset paddle was beautiful around the bay. A little windy but that didn’t take away from the fun! We even got to see a horseshoe crab and a small turtle. Next time, we’d plan to go when Dockers Waterside is open so we can enjoy the rest of the sunset with a meal and drink! Thanks for an amazing time!

My 12 year old son and I took a lesson this morning with Thomas. It was a fantastic experience. We just purchased paddleboards and wanted to learn the basics. Thomas went above and beyond, he is extremely knowledgeable and was very professional. We left with a good grasp on the basics. Thank you Thomas.

Went kayaking with a group of friends. Staff was incredibly helpful and we had such a great time on the water! Totally recommend this place!
