It's when times are the hardest that we need people to be at their kindest and best...Brightstar's staff was just that on every level. Brightstar recently helped care for my mother-in-law and we cannot say enough good things about them. From the first call to set up care, we were treated with such kindness and concern and we felt like we were in good hands. The care givers were absolutely amazing, truly cared and were true professionals. As a family, we had no idea how we would get through the hardest days, and Brightstar helped us to manage and care for Mom in the best way possible. We don't know what we would have done without them. We would recommend Brightstar to any friends and family that needed care. They would absolutely be our first call if we were to find ourselves in need of care again - without a doubt. We feel very grateful for everyone at Brightstar that we worked with!

I live with, and care for my 93 year old grandma. She has severe COPD, and is developing dementia so she is home bound. A couple of months ago my brother and I gave Brightstar a call because I can’t always be home, and I am a full time college student. They have given my grandma her independence back. This is who I would want to take care of me if I was in her situation. Thanks for making the last months of my grandma’s life great ones. I don’t have to worry when I leave now.

Buyer be ware!!!! We were lied to from the phone call to the in home assessment to the revolving door of caretakers that kept coming. The sales pitch is phenomenal, but that's where it ends. I would give the people they sent instructions, but I would be ignored about things that needed to be done. I had to take the time out every time someone new came, so every time they were scheduled, to set the person up and give them instructions, they they would ignore anyway. I was lied to about billing and how payments would be taken, being told that information was just needed to set up the account, then being direct debited at the same time we had mailed in payment. This whole experience was terrible, period point blank.
