I was dreading bringing my kids here but it turned out to be great. My kids had a blast, I had fun throwing them into the foam pits, and the time flew by. I originally thought 2 hours was too much time but we wanted more time by the end. It didn't feel grimy like a Chuck e cheese would have been. It's also considerably larger than I thought with a great spread of activities for all ages. I went with a 3 year old and 17 month old and they both had appropriate things for them. We plan to go back, was a good time

Great place - huge ! By far the best one I have done ever! Safe environment, and a lot of helicopter parenting. There is a side for the the 10 and up where they can jump and do tricks. Lots of staff on guard and are watching everything which I loved. Saturday was super busy because of all the birthday parties and free play. I loved how they had a section for 2 and under but it’s very small and can get busy so the kids have to take turns playing with stuff. They have an arcade section where you can purchase a card and use on your small
Rides and games. This park builds courage in kids with all the exciting though out obstacles. Dress yourself and kids as your going to workout in the gym with safe clothes and not many accessories. I wouldn’t wear anything expensive or bring anything of great value leave in car because the area to leave sneakers is pretty open. It’s a clean place staff is nice but they aren’t babysitters. Safe to say it’s safe but at your own risk.

My family and I attended funmax only 2 days into opening, and it was Incredible!! My two toddlers were in awe of it as were we their parents. However just over 6 months in, I'm so sad to say that where I would have given this place a 5 stars now I give it a 1. I'm not one to write reviews but after frequently attending this establishment with my kids the quality has dropped significantly. Our county needs something like this, abd it's long overdue, and because of that, please funmax up your standards!!

Your workers either need to be better trained or again you need to have better standards especially after today's visit. I attended on a Friday afternoon with my two children and their grandparents, upon walking in the door they were used Band-Aids on the floor. The main ball pit area looks like the floors could use a mop and the balls laying all over the place could have been clearly picked back up and put in the ball pit. However, the worker just sat there on his phone the entire time not paying attention to anything. The inflatables in the ball pit were sitting deflated. Kids were climbing in the obstacle course area where it was clearly roped off and kids were climbing The high-rise without any gear on whatsoever. Again, while the worker sat there on his phone. I took my children to the bathroom and they tried to wash their hands. There was no soap in any container, as there was also no hand sanitizer and at least four out of five of the dispensers. This was unreal. So I had to finally go ask somebody at the front desk to please refill the dispensers so I could wash their hands.

The list of problems goes on, again 2 days into this place opening. It was immaculate. The little toddler zone where it clearly says ages 4 and under, older kids have clearly trashed it. Foam bricks are busted. There is nothing left in the kitchen and supermarket area as there was in the beginning. Even the kitchen set is busted so bad that if a child was to lean on it the whole thing is going to collapse as there is wood pieces missing on it. The floor is buckling on the toddler section and there are bottle caps and garbage laying around. All of which are choking hazards. And to see older kids coming in and trashing the place while parents sit there is ridiculous. Only to ask the front desk. Why isn't somebody watching it? Oh, The attendant watching the zip line two stories up is actually the one supposed to be watching it. That is ridiculous to think that they can monitor two sections at the same time, both with different sets of kids. And I would also like to add that the workers in that section are also just sitting around on their phones lounging around and sneezing into the open air, not even trying to cover their mouth! My 4-year-old knows how to do that better than that teenage worker!!

I'm supplying photos just to show the small problems. But clearly either the standards need to be upped or you need to train your workers or something because the place has become filthy, and has severely gone downhill and quite frankly our residents deserve to have a place like this to go with our kids with the quality of entertainment, but with the lack of cleanliness and workers that actually work instead of lounge around. In my younger years before I left a job, we were told to clean up every part of a job... I don't see any reason why the workers who were sitting around on their phones can't do this to every section and do a quick cleanup, either during the quiet times or before the place closes down for the night

My children love this place but I'm sad to say I'm not sure if I'll be back, unless some major improvements can be made 😢

This is a brand new, really cool place - its large. A mix of climbing, ballpit and tramp stuff. Prices are quite reasonable and go by the hour similar to Jumpz. You do need their socks. People are real nice and a lot of thought has clearly gone into the design. Bathroom sitch is a bit screwy right now- only two family rooms up front- the others are along the back wall on the second floor. UPDATE-cut thru is now possible. This spot is going to do well though - I can tell. Highly recommended. Tons of fun for the kids. Its right next to BJs on the hilltop...

I was so excited when this place finally opened up it was a long wait but well worth it once it opened, it seemed very organized and clean. However, I visited recently with my 3 year old, and most arcade games were off, inflatables deflated. Also, trash and areas are damaged the toddler area is totally falling apart. I remember when it first opened, it was more supervised, and now it's just kids on their cell phones instead of paying attention or cleaning up. Wappingers has been waiting so long for this to have something close for the kids, so please bring it back to life and community take care of it when you bring you children so it will last for our kids to enjoy.

Love Fun Max!!!! My 3yr old always has the best time and last weekend her Grandpa and dad were able to join and had a blast too! This place was SO needed here in Wappingers! Also I love your toddler times during the school year but completely understand why you can’t have those during the summer! Also there are still so many times to go with your toddler when it’s not too busy and the place is so huge that it never feels crowded anyway! Love it!!! 😍 Thank you!!

Had my daughter’s birthday party today. She and all of her friends had an amazing time! The party host Ryan Scott was perfect, very attentive and all the kids loved him! The boys at the counter were so friendly and polite during check in and check out. Shout out to them for making everything so much easier for us. Big thanks to Jonah, Nick, David, Jayden and Anthony. These guys are great every time we go there.

This is awesome kids play park. Best for many miles. I don’t think NYC has something like this. Go Hudson Valley. The entire staff and team is outstanding. They have so many options.

Best part after play there are so many options to snack on. Concessions stand, ice cream machines and to top it all they now have the best vending machine I have seen in a long time. This machine is stocked with Healthier options!

It even has Prime Hydration Drink, Fairlife Chocolate Milk, Poppi, Cape Cod Chips, Adam & Eve Apple Juice, Mr Beast Feastables, lesser Evil Himalayan Popcorn and lot more.

Great place giving many options.
