Staff is super friendly! Very helpful! Everyone working upfront very welcoming. My daughter is 2yrs old and loves loves coming here. The bathrooms are always super clean.

Now the reason why I have only 3 stars because needs better cleaning everywhere else.
The ball pit needs some love! Please! It needs to be Cleaned and all the broken balls need to be removed.

I wish we had this place to go to when I was growing up in New Britain. The kids has a blast. All the activities were on point. The facility was super clean. The employees were friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back. The location is convenient and parking is plentiful. I recommend.

Mehhhhhh......
Went today for the first time (Saturday) evening for a birthday party. This place was absolute mania. Kids everywhere, parents running all over the place. I expect it to be busy, it's a Saturday. But they had 4 kids parties happening at the same time as the general public going in also and it was a madhouse. It appears they were well over capacity and even though this place is spacious and pretty wide open, it would be really hard to have multiple kids and watch them all with only 1 parent present. They could easily get lost among all the other kids. I'm happy I went to see how much of a train wreck this place was, I wouldn't do a party here or go back.

Let me start off by saying my kids love this spot. I recently took my kids to this location for a few hours and they had a great time. I like the toddler section because it gives them a chance to run wild and safely. My only concern would be how frequently and thoroughly those balls in the pit are washed. My 5 year old enjoyed the zip line and dodgeball area, but a significant amount of trampolines were taped off and damaged. The obstacle course doesn’t always have an employee there to get kids hooked up to the bungee cord so that was disappointing. Otherwise my kids had fun.

The place itself is really great and has a lot of different activities for people to enjoy. The main issue is the staff does a very poor job of enforcing rules. Not an issue with vast majority of little kids but there are always teens and even adults boys who will sprit and rampage thru the place consistently either almost or knocking down small children (even in the 8 and under area) and the staff does nothing. If you have smaller children you have to watch them to ensure these entitled man-children don't trample over them because the staff just don't seem to care

A well built and managed indoor playground in the New Britain area (close proximity from West Hartford, Farmington and Avon).

They have different rooms that could be used for hosting the birthday party 🎉 (They do provide pizzas and soft drinks and/or juice for the kids). Cooperative support staff to take care of your hosting needs and safe playing of your kids in the pool play area.

Large parking is available in the complex. Do check out their annual/ seasonal passes as this could be a great option during winters.
