Got on the Peter pan bus today there was only few seats available. I got off the bus the bus driver helped 2 other ppl find a seat . People were laying down on 2 seats had their book bags on the seat . She did not ask anyone to move . Ask me if I am getting on the bus or not . Unacceptable

Small, cozy and clean bus station, 4 stars because their Subway sandwich wasn't very good, had to throw away half of it. Toilets clean too.

First time in Union station and someone asked for me to buy a ticket because they lost their stuff due to Amtrak. A really cool security guard (call him R*) came up to warn me that guy was lying and is from around here. R* is a real good guy. #deservearaise

Well Dunkin Donuts is still closed. I miss stoping in to get a cup of coffee So they are not up to full capacity yet.

The bus that your looking for never pops up or the bus that your waiting for never comes on time if your really in need to get somewhere it’s really difficult if the bus app and website doesn’t work or just gives false information and then really it’s not one star it’s half
