We absolutely loved celebrating my kid's birthday here! It was a last-minute decision, but the staff made everything come together seamlessly. Our small group had a fantastic time, and the team was incredibly well-trained, friendly, and helpful. The place was sparkling clean, and we all had so much fun! First timer at a place like this (at the ripe age of 28) and it was a blast !!! We visited on a slow Sunday evening so it was pretty empty which was great for our large group to have fun.

But most importantly we want to recognize the great hospitality we received from CHRISTIAN!! We were immediately greeted with a big smile and high energy!! Any time we found ourselves needing anything, Christian got us, not even being dramatic. Someone in the group rolled their ankle and he promptly got us ice packs in between helping other guests. Another friend lost their wallet but thanks to Christian's awareness, he saw it was left on the counter and kept it to the side for lost and found.

Keep up the good work Christian we thank you for your excellent customer service !!

Such a cool m place, this was the first time we have been to a trampoline park. Great amount of things to do / try. Definitely geared towards a bit older kids, I don’t know that I would take my toddlers there but my 8yo loved it! We went on a Saturday around 10:30am and it didn’t seem that busy, they had a couple parties and the place is big enough it didn’t seem that crowded which was nice. Will definitely be back!

We had a great time at this location. Your children will have plenty to do here. The only downside is that it is behind the shopping center and GPS doesn't help identify that. Also parking is very tight.

Went here to celebrate our daughter birthday. location was hard to find if you aren't familiar and utilize apple maps. business is located behind the tj maxx/ross location. I paid for 11 kids to jump and due to the delay with staff kids had to jump on two different time slots. Staff are all young adults and was seen on phones rather than assisting adults. Several of my adult guests hands were not stamped creating issues for them having to go back to customer service counters.

For first time guest be advised this place does not have hot food for guests not partaking in booked parties. They have snacks and drinks in machines and ice-cream for purchase. This is a con in my opinion. For the parties they purchase pizza from a local pizza restaurant and store for that purpose. Parking was awful people was lined down the driveway to business. comparing venue to similar competitors I'd say that others are better suited if you're trying to have a one stop fun/food zone for kiddos.

Unfortunately we won't be going back due to the price of this place. Wanted to take our older kids here as well as our autistic son who just turned 3. We were charged full price for our 3 year old and then asked if we would be able to help him because he won't just do things without help and they said we needed to buy a jump pass just to help him. So for 1 adult, 2 kids, and one toddler with socks it's was $126 for 90 minutes. That is INSANE. I recommend going elsewhere if you value your hard earned money at all.

Lots for kids to do at this particular jump place. They have a fun zip line over a soft padded area, swinging obstacles, climbing tunnels, and giant foam pit + the usual trampoline area. There are also a lot of arcade type machines. The people who work there are very fun and nice - they hype the families up who are entering and yell bye when you're exiting. Great place for birthday parties (my nephew had his there), and I recently took my 11 year old daughter and her friend for 2 hours.

I think this place is great. My main critique is the lack of food and vending machines. They also want to limit outside food. But there is only one vending machine and it doesn't work. And kids are jumping around so they get hungry. It seems like a missed opportunity business wise if you ask me. Anyway...

Clean spot..come early to avoid the lines and mayhem. I got here around 2pm on a Sunday and it was chill around 4pm it was the wild wild west.
Grown adults were doing Simone biles flips while newborns ran past them. Kinda dangerous and a hard pass. So go early.

My son has autism and had a good time before it got too packed. The front door is NOT staffed kids can run in and out. Bad regulation of who has paid and who has not paid. No way to keep someone from leaving with your child.

The massage chairs let off a loud beep if u sit down in them without paying for a massage lol.

The staff is composed of teenagers so come at your own risk. The parking lot is tight and has a bad layout. Restroom was clean. I think it is over priced for the lack of food options. I would go someplace else for a bit more convince and options to be comfortable. Overall it was not a bad time. Runs you 37 bucks a kid without socks.
