Staying here at home too by Hilton and Burleson cleanest hotel in Burleson. Comfortable bed, beautiful swimming pool and great weight room. Fantastic staff and have catered to all our needs. We will be staying here again in the future when we come back to the fort Worth area

We’ve been staying at this location for over 50 days after a house fire. The staff has been very friendly and accommodating. We love that they are dog friendly since we have 2 dogs that need to be with us.

The laundry room and small gym work great. Convenient and open 24 hours. You need quarters for laundry machines but front desk has change.

Haven’t tried the pool because of temps but it looks well taken care of. Would be fun for families with kids.

Breakfast is included and coffee and hot water is accessible all day.

We enjoy the spacious lobby and often eat meals there. It’s been too cold for hanging outside but we’ve seen others do it! There are 2 options with plenty of room.

Housekeeping staff is great. You do have to schedule cleaning in advance but they are accommodating.

Location is convenient. Very close to restaurants and shopping. I’ve walked to restaurants and that would be good for those without a vehicle.

We enjoy having the full refrigerator with freezer. It’s expanded our eating options since we have been here for extended stay. There is also a dish washer along with plates, cups, bowls and cutlery.

Beds are comfortable. My husband loves the pillows so much he wants to purchase from Hilton. I enjoy having the couch and moveable table. We have been able to do puzzles and play games in the room.

There is plenty of storage options for clothes and other items. If you are staying a long time, you should consider bringing additional hangers and a laundry bag.

TV offers Netflix, Sirius radio, etc.

Overall, we’ve enjoyed our stay so far. We would definitely choose Home 2 Suites if we were traveling or in need of hotel options.

We changed our selection of hotel for this trip to Burleson. Unfortunately it was not a wise choice. When we arrived, we were told that the room key system was down and we would have to be let our room by hotel staff but that they were working on the issue. I informed the front desk attendant that this was not ideal and he advised abruptly that I was welcome to cancel my stay and take my business elsewhere, however if I agreed to stay that I was “stuck” with the reservation. Because of the time of night it was, I opted to stay but two days later, we are still without keys. The breakfast was less than acceptable for the amount of money we are paying for the stay. I addressed this with the front desk attendant and he noted that there was some type of delay with their delivery. The coffee was cold or non existent in the morning. The lack of breakfast and coffee seem to be recurring problems based on other reviews I have read. Although the room was comfortable and clean, this hotel fell extremely short of the experience you would expect to receive from a Hilton affiliated property. Needless to say, I will take my future business back to the nearby La Quinta where they are responsive to our needs and are always willing to do whatever they can to make our stay the best it can be.

Fantastically clean and comfortable. beds were comfortable staff is amazing very helpful. Will definitely be staying here again when we come back to the fort Worth area.

It's Burleson. This isn't exactly a romance destination or anything like it.

But for a hotel in Burleson, this is great. The sheets are soft and the room is spacious. This is a perfect place to stay if you don't want to spend money going out to eat. I don't like being away from home, but if I have to be, this works.

I'm writing this review for Zachary. Night shift gets put through a lot, but despite my attitude for the hotel not having my room ready- a mistake on Hotels dot com's part- he helped my wife and I get things resolved, and got us our room after all. He contacted management, hunted for our reservations, and went the extra mile to make sure we had somewhere to stay. He was nothing but kind when I came at him with exhaustion and anger.

I'd gladly recommend this hotel to anyone needing to come through the area.

This used to be my favorite hotel. I’m assuming it’s under new management and it has gone down tremendously.

I had an issue with my toilet not flushing. The front desk came to fix it. He wiggled it around and said it was fixed. Yep, it did flush, however it wouldn’t stop running. Long story short had to call 2 more times because each time he said it was fixed it wasn’t.

He then said he would change the ball at 7am. I informed him I wouldn’t be there but it was okay to go in and fix it. When I retuned back at 6:30 pm, the toilet was still running and had not been fixed.

They did put me in another room but the bathroom in the new room smelled like mildew and there was dirt that was coming into the shower. The dirt was in the shower door crevices and when it got wet it was coming into the shower.

Staff VERY unfriendly. Didn’t say good morning or even say hello when I checked in.

We had a comfortable stay, but the staff was not as attentive as other hotels we have stayed at. The breakfast was only okay and they were out of coffee every morning, blaming it on a delivery issue. For someone like me, coffee is usually the only thing I go down for, so it was a little frustrating. Also, they were very slow to replenish the breakfast items, like the batter for the waffle maker. Got back to the hotel one night and our room keys did not work, it was very late and the night clerk had a system glitch when he was trying to re - key our room.

Great breakfast and nice lobby area to visit with family. Rooms were okay. Carpets need to be cleaned, especially since a pet friendly hotel. We had several rooms for family, and a couple smelled like pet urine. Otherwise, a nice hotel that’s close to many amenities (restaurants, shopping)
