This place is a total rip off. They talk it up talk it up. Most of the employees are shipped in and get paid very little. Ridiculous hype for management and so-called upper echelon employees. Watered down alcohol And silly to ridiculous events. I couldn’t wait to leave…. but I had paid such a ridiculous amount I went on my own excursions and ate their food.

This was a little hidden secret and I'm so glad I found it. The staff was absolutely amazing. There were lots of activities to choose from and the food was great. If you left hungry, it's your own fault. I went for the weekend by myself thinking it would be awkward because everyone would be in a group, but not the case. I was put in a cabin with other solo travelers, and so many groups were so friendly and inclusive. The cabins are basic, but everything else was fantastic! Highly recommend.

I was at Club Getaway just recently, and it was a decent experience. They had fun activities (but we didn't get to partake in every single one due to some circumstances), and fun team building activities that were engaging. Meg was so sweet! Give her a raise! Unfortunately, my friend did get hurt at the zipline - she says she feels as though there was no care about service. Some of the workers looked like they didn't want to work with us, and seemed very annoyed. The food...it was okay. Overall, it was a decent experience.

Club getaway is truly an outstanding experience. I met many inspirational counselors and bonded with my classmates. If you have the option, request Bean as your counselor. He shared plenty of great advice like "Don't have friends," "Do well in school," and "Don't trust anyone except your dog." The cabins smelled like freshly baked cookies, were spacious, and had extremely comfortable beds. I highly recommend the "Abc Zipline." It was enjoyable without being too scary. The food was delicious and there were many options for those picky eaters out there. The servers were kind and very accommodating. In order, here are some great folks on the counselor team you should look out for:|Freya|Bean|Linky |Thomas|Keely|Quinne|Omar|Tom|Anyways, from the adventurous hikes, respectful bonding games, and outstanding mini-golf I hope you have an as good experience at Club Getaway as I!

I recently spent a weekend at Club Getaway in Kent, CT, and it was an absolute blast! They had so many activities, from zip-lining and water skiing to yoga and pub hikes, there’s something for everyone.
The accommodations are rustic yet comfortable, and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. I particularly enjoyed the campfire night with s’mores and live music, which added a nostalgic touch to the whole experience. The food was great, with plenty of options to suit different tastes.
Whether you’re looking to unleash your inner child or just unwind by the lake, Club Getaway is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Can’t wait to go back next summer!

I am proud to be able to call club getaway a new home not because of their amazing utilities including scenic ziplines, modern mini golf, and adventurous hikes, but because of the people. The lovely staff, Freya, Bean, Thomas💕Quinny, Keely, Linky, Omar, and Tom (in order) are able to form amazing connections with the guests while giving amazing advise such as, “don’t trust things that can talk”. I recommend Keely and Freya for fun girl chats, Thomas and Quinny for rizzy flirting advise, Omar and Tom for some trickster fun, and ofc the one and only Bean for meaningful tedtalks. I can not explain to you how magical of a place this is! Please go!!!

Had so much fun at my first visit to Club Getaway! I had no idea what to expect and the weekend exceeded my expectations. There were so many awesome activities to choose from, I almost got overwhelmed trying to decide what to do! The campgrounds are great, the accommodations nice, and the staff wonderful! They really made sure you were always having a good time. I appreciated that they had activities and events for all fitness and interest levels. If you wanted to sit by the lake all day you could, if you wanted to participate in team sports, there were several (with super fun, nostalgic twists!), if you wanted to conquer your fear of heights, plenty of opportunities for that haha. I never attended summer camp growing up and a weekend at Club Getaway definitely made up for it! Definitely want to come back again next summer.

It was raining the whole time. The employees were nothing but rude and dismissive and do not know how to run their activities. (Chloe is the name of one of them) At one point the rope course was full because of overcrowding. Overall I would describe the environment as sloppy. There are way better options.
