Very comfortable rooms and very pleasant staff. The matresses are comfortable, yet they are placed rather high off the floor. I am 5'1 and had a hard time climbing into bed. Tall people will appreciate that. Very clean hotel. Easy off and easy on from the Interstate and very close to huge shopping district on the other side of the Interstate.

Room was clean and comfortable especially the bed. Best nights sleep of whole trip. Breakfast was great, even had fried bacon…what a treat! Our only complaint was a noticeable but not offensive hall/room odor.

I have stayed here multiple times, but this time I was very disappointed. Upon entering our room, there were 3 roaches in the bathroom. 2 were in the floor and one was actively crawling in the bathtub. This was disgusting.

We had a room with a sofa bed, which my daughter utilized. We were given 2 flat sheets, 2 pillows, and a very thin blanket. I asked the front desk later in the evening for another blanket for her. When I got the blanket, I couldn't believe it. I was gross. All of the edges were frayed and there was a large hole. This would have been better used if donated to an animal shelter.

There were no other blankets available, so we just had to deal with it. The breakfast is the same as always. I absolutely love the lady working in there, though. She is always pleasant and seems happy. I love that on Sundays she signs praise songs!! Probably my favorite part of this hotel. Will possibly consider staying at another location next visit.

Check in was fast and efficient. The young lady made us feel welcome and valued. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The location is great, with many fast food and sit down restaurant options within walking distance. All in all I would recommend this location if you need a place to stay in this area.

This hotel is one of the best that I have stayed at and had an all around great experience. This is the only hotel that I use when in the DFW area. The staff always goes above and beyond to make sure thay we arre comfortable and we really appreciate every effort from them. Some other hotel that I stay in while traveling should send their employees here for training. They honest do believe in putting the customer first. Customer service at this hotel is immaculate.

The gal at the desk at check in was very friendly. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was okay; hash browns were over cooked, cinnamon rolls tasted old.

Excellent nights sleep. 1st room on 3rd floor was very musty smelling but she quickly & graciously gave us another room as my husband has copd. Room temp was comfortable breakfast selection was excellent! Omelets, bacon, sausage, biscuits, gravy, pancakes, cereals, yogurt sweet rolls! Well done Holiday Inn Express Burleson TX!!! Last few trips we stayed in HIE & we find beds extremely comfortable!

We wanted a little stay-cation to include visits to the Fort Worth Zoo & Six Flags. We chose this location for the price, location, and a working pool & hot tub. (I've learned the hard way tolo call ahead of booking to confirm general working order). a Everything was in working order, and we enjoyed our visit.
