Just finished up a 3-night stay at this property, as well as meeting with a group using their meeting space. I'll say.. everything was really excellent!

Room stay - the rooms are nice. Well appointed and serve their purpose. I like the fact that they are all 2-room suites and are all fairly new. Everything worked in my room, and all other rooms I booked (16 in total) reported they were pleased with the room and overall experience. Housekeeping is done regularly and very efficient.

Meeting space - this is where they really shine for me. I worked with their manager over this named Zuly. She was amazing! Very communicative, made sure all of our needs were met and always wanted to know if there's anything else needed. Zuly was also very good at making suggestions to make our overall experience better. Her approach and question wasn't about how could we spend more money.. it was making sure that all of our needs were met. Their pricing for this was very fair and I feel like we truly got a value for our money.

Overall - I would 100% do all of this here again. The room stay was good, the meeting room was perfect and the other services we got were done well and timely. The breakfast was good (not great) but the lunch we had was done well, was tasty and timely. The only drawback is location. It's off the road and off the freeway.. in the still of night you can hear a bit of noise from the freeway, but it isn't terrible. Oh, and the bartender (Chris the 2 nights we were here) was great. He stayed later than usual for us, as we had about 20 people join us at the bar each night and he was happy to accommodate.

I had reservations for 4 rooms; 3 rooms for 3 nights and 1 room for 2 nights.

Pros:
1. Great location!!! The hotel is right off the freeway, across from Six Flags and all the stadiums, 5-10 minutes’ drive.
2. Andrea, (short/petite women with blondish hair) who helped us at check-in. She arranged to get a room for two older family members who needed a walk-in shower.

Cons:
1. Handicap accessible rooms with only king size beds.
a. Andrea was very helpful getting a room for my older family members (83 yrs & 73 yrs young); but, this was a long process because there was not a room map readily available to show rooms with shower/tub combinations vs walk-in showers. We had to go through a “trial & error” process to find a room. I did not request a handicap accessible room because they only have king size beds. For two women, a room with separate beds preferred.
2. Incorrect room check-out.
a. All rooms vs just one room were checked out and our rooms keys deactivated on 11/19/24. We returned to the hotel approximately 10:30pm to discover our keys for rooms 319, 535, and 707 did not work; the keys had been deactivated! The very young lady at the front desk looked puzzled, but quickly corrected the mistake, however, no apology for the inconvenience.
b. On day of check out, 11/20, the woman at the front desk also did not apologize for the mix up nor the inconvenience this caused me and my family. She (unfortunately I didn’t get her name because she made so angry) simply stated she was not there when the mix up happen and sometimes keys get deactivated if they’re stored incorrectly. Really?!!! What has happened to proper customer service etiquette?
3. Room 319 (suite occupied by my youngest brother and his wife)
*No plugs "on" the nightstand for devices.
*Didn't clean the room on Monday. I had the door hanger indicating that service for the room was needed.
*A microwave was requested, and it was left outside the door. No one knocked on the door.
*The microwave wasn't very clean, and it had a stale odor.
*The coffee pot wasn't clean, I had to run 2 plain water cycles to clean it before making a cup of coffee.
*The front desk staff was not very helpful when we had a problem with our key at 2:30a.

This hotel is older but very comfortable and quiet. Check in and check out was quick and easy. I enjoyed the fitness center and breakfast buffet was very good. The staff were all very nice and helpful. I will definitely stay again.

The stay was done nothing spectacular. The room was nice there is a hot tub with the pool the kids enjoyed. I definitely do NOT recommend staying for the breakfast your better bet is to go somewhere and get breakfast for the same price you’d pay at the hotel.

The rooms have been remodeled and kept up, but the mattresses need changed. Towels are old and worn, but the room was clean.

We left the hotel at 11:00 and the cleaners were already done so we got no turn down service. The staff was friendly and helpful when I retrieved extra towels though.

My biggest complaint is the breakfast. It is an atrocity that they charge for a breakfast that is way worse than the free continental breakfasts at Holiday Inn Express. The food was barely edible. The “waffles” were flat on one side and hard as a rock. The oatmeal was decent but no sugar or add ins available. It is crazy they charge for this breakfast. Don’t add it on to your room or pay in person. The gas station is a much better option.

The included buffet breakfast was full of choices and very good. The evening restaurant/bar menu had tasty choices, and food was prepared and delivered quickly. The room (one bedroom suite) was roomy, clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and sparkling clean. The lobby was clean, spacious, and inviting. The three elevators worked quickly and smoothly. The staff was friendly and so very helpful, going above and beyond to meet our needs. There was a large, well-lighted parking lot. And the location is near to the Six Flags park and the sports stadiums.

Overall my stay was good. The only thing that would've made this stay a "great stay" is that for the price I feel like the breakfast would've been included. Everything else was great. Helpful staff, comfy beds, clean & spacious rooms, convenient parking.

Great stay! The only downside was the inside shower curtain was too short and getting water on the floor was inevitable. Hair dryer caught fire and started smoking. I called the front desk and they sent a cleaning lady to bring me replacement. She had an attitude when she said 'be careful. This is a new hairdryer '. As if I purposely damaged the original one. It wasn't even a new one either. Side button missing and cord didn't retract. Other than that, smooth check in. Bartender makes a really good Old Fashioned. Premises were spotless.
