I’ve been trying with this place for the longest in the last 4-6 months. Today, I had an appointment and they lied to me about the time. My therapist (Jessica) was a complete joke in my opinion. Her Supervisor was no help and they honestly don’t care about their clients. It is all about numbers and money to them and I’m glad I’m moving on. This is THE LAST PLACE ANYONE SHOULD BE SEEKING ANY MENTAL HEALTH FROM! If you want to have a safe peace of mind, don’t even go by this place and find someone in the”Hartford Healthcare” organization. I hope this helps someone in the Windham area. I honestly feel like this place is a complete garbage.

If you don’t believe me, go ahead and try it and I promise you will be writing a review to prevent others from experiencing the worst clinical or mental health services.

The psychiatrist Viola is the best thus far as she listens and actually is more active than others. The Ladies at Genoa pharmacy are the best for sure. Always sweet, professional and kind every time.

Don’t waste your time here. Staff is not helpful at all and they do not care about your psychiatric needs. They also CHARGE you for your OWN medical records. Go elsewhere, trust me!!!

My husband started his first day in a need MGMT program and he explained that he had a very bad reaction to the medication in the past, but he was told that if he didn't take it he couldn't be in the program. They had to call 911 after he passed out and they NEVER called his wife who is his emergency contact. When he didn't come home at night I called the hospital to find out he was there. What counselor doesn't contact anyone when one of their clients is taken by ambulance? If you live your family don't go here!!!

Therapist and case manager absolutely amazing. Janay is professional, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and friendly. Amber is professional, eloquent, helpful and empathetic. I could go on at length about these two Healthcare workers. Reception, records and other staff friendly, approachable and helpful. Common space always clean and have lovely plants. United Services really offers amazing mental health resources. Please keep hiring people like Janay and Amber!

I've had issues finding good therapy places in the past, and unfortunately this one has been one of the worst yet.
I had a therapist that wasn't interested in helping me improve or get healthier at all, and all they did was make me feel like I was wasting their time. It got to a point where I felt better asking to be released from therapy because it was just a huge waste of time, energy, and money for me.
I continued to see the psychiatrist for my medication, and while they were really sweet, they were just as anxious and forgetful as I am.
Not that long ago, I ended up getting a letter in the mail saying they were kicking me out because I failed to schedule an appointment within 90 days. In reality, they failed to call me back after I left 3 voicemails for them. Even after explaining my situation to the front desk, they just transferred me to psychiatric services and, unsurprisingly, nobody picked up the phone and I left a message.
This place thought that all they needed was a new building when in reality they need entirely new staff and a new system for helping their patients.
If you've taken the time to read this (and thank you if you have), don't bother with this place. Finding a welcoming and safe place while dealing with mental health issues is already hard enough, but this place takes the cake.

Staff are known for gas lighting their patients. Would not recommend. Staff don't listen, and don't bother improving. Staff turnover rate is high. I was being treated for the wrong diagnoses.

Do not use their services. The staff is untrained and uninformed about programs. They tell you something and don't follow through. They never return any phone calls. This is the worst place ever do not use them

Very unprofessional, rude, and uncaring. If you want to be talked down and treated like just another number, then this is the place for you. If you want to be treated with some dignity, look someplace else. (good Luck)
