it was our first stay in this hotel and we were really pleased with our experience.
the lobby is very nice and spacious, there are lots of stuff u can buy on in there in case you forgot to bring something, even a variety of snacks. we noticed there was a restaurant but we didn’t get to try it since we only stayed there for 2 nights.
the beds are really comfy and the room was nice and clean. the view was so cool too!
Also the guy in the front desk was really friendly and attentive during our stay and texted to ask us everyday if everything was going fine or if we needed something, we really appreciated the attention! 🙂

I stayed here for work, trying out new hotels. I was quite pleasantly surprised by this hotel. My room was nice and clean upon arrival. ||The service at the food and bar area was top notch. Great suggestions and conversations. ||If I come back through this way again, I’ll be sure to stay here.

Rooms are very clean and beds are comfortable. Service is wonderful at this hotel. Very professional and Camisha went above the call of duty, to help me with my falling bags and carried them all the way out to the car. This was very unexpected and much appreciated.

An older hotel. The facility is kept very clean, beds are comfy. Fitness center is adequate with nice touches like scented towels and bottled waters. The breakfast buffet is pretty good with freshly cooked hot options and a great selection. All staff I encountered were helpful and friendly. Wi-Fi was steady. The pool, bathrooms and elevators are decent, but in need of an update. The mini fridges are not big enough for left overs. Many people in our room block had to switch rooms because of issues with the TV or phones. Relatively quiet except for the highway him outside and my last night (of 3) when a loud family was booked into the adjoining room; I could hear EVERYTHING. It was puzzling why that happened, since the hotel was not full.

Because “It matters where you stay,” I will never stay at a Hilton again.

This hotel is not 4 stars.

While the beds are comfortable and they offer some amenities, the truth is that the staff’s attitude and friendliness leave much to be desired—the service is rather rude (except for one Latina staff member who was very pleasant).

The hygiene of the place is terrible. The floors and walls look and feel dirty. But the worst part was finding what appeared to be a pubic hair on a towel meant for drying my body—towels that should be clean but instead feel rough, stiff, and have a strange smell. There were also stains on the pillows where you rest your face. Disgusting.

I’m writing this review because hotels should put more effort into offering at least a CLEAN room to rest in. Hotel rooms are not charity; you pay money for a service. They’re too used to no one complaining anymore.

There is always room for improvement.

We really liked this hotel. Beautiful lobby, inviting bar/restaurant area, modern comfortable rooms, plenty of counter space in the bathroom, nice pool area.|Great location with many restaurants within walking distance, including several in the shopping centre across the road.|The buffet breakfast was ok, perfectly fine but nothing special.|It’s only a short walk to the dart train that travels into Dallas - however, our son took the train and reported that it was full of drug affected people. He didn’t feel safe - and he’s 6’4”, strong, and in his 20’s.|Our only real complaint was the price of drinks at the lobby bar. We would have hung out there more, but at $9 for a beer or seltzer, and $15-16 for a glass of wine, it just made sense to go elsewhere. It’s a shame really, if they made their drink prices more reasonable, they’d probably make more money.|We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to stay here again.

I have stayed with Hilton hotels for many years across the US and abroad!|The Hilton -Richardson-Dallas was central and excellent in all forms I expect from the Hilton Brand. |Good restaurants close by and near malls( considering Texas miles) and express ways close by. |The AC was great and rooms were relay nice and quiet.|The maids did a wonderful job in keeping the room clean ! |The crew and servers in the restaurant were amazing and the buffet breakfast was quite good for the price!|Aside from being over charged for laundry( prices not shown on laundry slip) the Hotel was excellent!|The front staff was most accommodating considering they just had a big convention.|In general I had a great stay!|Thank you Hilton! I will be back!

Front Desk employees are some of the rudest women I have ever spoken to. 3 of them. Would not let me complete food deliveries to customers. Making the customers food cold and delaying service. This is the most unprofessional experience I have ever had waking into what is supposed to be a high end hotel. It's actually just a low end joke with poor customer service!
