Unfortunately, we weren’t able to actually stay at this hotel because a snowstorm canceled our trip. However, they were super nice and accommodating about canceling due to the circumstance, even though it was outside their normal cancellation policy. I spoke to Nicole who was very helpful and friendly.

Front desk staff was great, very helpful and pleasant. Staff at the Tavern were excellent too with how friendly and courteous they were. Food was amazing. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner should be included in your stay with how much you pay, minus tips. Along with the drinks/snacks upfront by the front desk. There’s NO MICROWAVE too.. so you literally pay all this money for not even the bare minimum that you would if you spent $147 a night somewhere else, you’d have it better at the cheaper places because at-least you can heat up your food and you’d get the other same amenities you get here. Pool was SMALL and so was the hot tub. Pool was COLD along with the room it’s in.. god you will be sick if you choose to stay here now or in the winter. With how much you pay plus the fees, everything in that place should be included in your stay. It is definitely over priced. I wouldn’t stay again. It’s not worth the money.

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. the children's enjoyed themselves at the pool and jacuzzi. I have the pleasure of meeting Greg the (GM), very cool and down to earth guy. At checking we met Mary (FD), she is awesome. We have a quick and easy check-in. Mary is an amazing person, she made us felt welcome and we are at our home away from home. Thank you Mary for the fun chat we had. I met Steve the (Overnight), very helpful and polite. Mason (FM), team player and a funny guy. Nicole (FD) have great personality and a beautiful smile. The housekeepers are very hardworking and friendly. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and we will be back. Thank you for having us.

The perfect spot for wedding weekend with family. Centrally located to local restaurants and St. Clements castle was an easy drive. The kids all enjoyed the pool while the adults enjoyed the cozy fire and excellent accommodations. The staff was amazing. We enjoyed a lovely family breakfast prior to our departure. We couldn't have asked for more.

The outside of the Inn at Middletown is beautiful and the surrounding area is just as quaint. I guess I was just expecting a little bit more in the inside, like in the rooms. The rooms are your average hotel. Nothing special. But overall, it was a nice stay.||Just be aware, if you don’t want valet parking, you have to park in the public spaces out front! This wasn’t an issue though when we went. Spaces were free and empty at the time we arrived.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Mason assisted me and my colleagues throughout the stay. He made sure we had a meeting place and attended to our needs. The location is close to lots of restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

The Inn at Middletown was beautiful and clean. The staff, especially the front desk staff were absolutely amazing! Whatever we needed, they went above and beyond for us. We were there family wedding and they made the travel smooth and easy but helping us with any and all requests needed. It was truly a great place but the staff all made it that much better with their kidneys and professionalism.

Location was wonderful, walking distance to nice restaurants and a little park across the street which my dog enjoyed. Staff was very friendly and responsive. Room was clean and spacious with blackout blinds. It is helpful to ask the staff for information on where to park.
