Very clean and modern hotel. The rooms were a good size. Fitness center was too small with no real weights, and its not really in easy walking distance to the restaurants or aquarium. Excellent service as always with Hyatt!

The entire stay was wonderful. The rooms were so clean and pleasant. The staff was fun and helpful. It was a great experience. The breakfast was also fun and well organized. Just a great stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will use it again when we travel.

We didn’t really know what to expect but we had a wonderful experience. They had restaurants that were open on Christmas Day at the front desk, which we really needed since most venues were closed. The room was great. It had ample space, was very clean, neat, and comfortable. And the breakfast offered in the morning did not disappoint. We’d definitely return and recommend this location.

This hotel was fantastic. The staff were attentive, everything was clean, the breakfast was amazing. It definitely was above our expectations. This was the first time bringing our dog with us and it could not have been better. It was quiet despite seeing a lot of dogs there.

Beautiful room very large space. Needs queen beds and not full too small for tall people. I would definitely return here out of all the Mystic hotels this is the best one we have stayed at. The service was excellent also and very informative checking in and out.

We've stayed here several times in the past. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The toilet/shower area is a little cramped but not a deal breaker. Our only complaint, and we realize this is our problem, is the mattress and the pillows are too firm for our liking. But if you prefer firm, this is the place for you! Breakfast was good, check in was smooth and quick! Very nice group of people.

We planned for two nights and added one on the top before we even checked in for the first night. The staff is the sole reason we did that. They are always smiling and happy to assist. One of the staff members also baked sugar cookies on Christmas Eve and it was wonderful.

The location is apt to explore mystic.

Attractive, immaculate, relaxing place to stay. Very convenient (walkable) to Mystic Aquarium, Olde Mistick Village shops, and restaurants. Staff members were welcoming and helpful. All good. Will definitely think of staying at this or another Hyatt Place in the future.
