Just went to the lisbon ct micheals. I looked up on micheals web site about price matching. Said will pricematch any brick or mortor or online store. Was going to price match a item and they refused it. Were very rude to me also about it. Your stores are heavily overpriced and now im getting this product i want from target because thats where i was price matching from. And your never getting my bussiness again.

Experience is usually great, however I did a curbside order for the first time due to being sick and waited outside for 30 minutes. A worker was standing by the door for a bit lookinf outside. When I finally decided to go inside and just get my order, the worker was standing around not busy. 🙁

I've lived all over the US. Michaels is always a well taken care of store.

This location specifically has some of the friendliest and most pleasant employees. I have YET to work with someone here who hasnt left a good impression. Consistently a great location and never had a problem.

Love the store. Wish prices were a bit cheaper. People are nice. Some of the staff needs to educate themselves a bit better on the products. I feel that way about most places. You should know what you carry and not just in your area. Customers will shop and be more likely to return if your pleasant walk them to what they are looking for vs pointing and offering things they'll need to go with what they want.

An item was in stock in store, neither the main customer service or any store employees could help me place an order for curbside pick up. When I spoke to customer service, I was told I had to wait until the pandemic was over in order to get the item I wanted... or have the item shipped to my home which shipping cost three times the price of the item I wanted... Why would I want to ship when it was in store Terrible customer service for a service that they offered. If it's on your website it should be offered for pick up... especially if that item is yarn. I'd give 0 out of 5 stars if I could.
