I’d like to say that I’ve been coming to the Montville facility for over a year now and it is always very clean, welcoming and organized .even with a line, It is pretty quick to get served. Paula , Tori and Olga are always extremely helpful, knowledgeable , and pleasant.

Usually great. The staff is wonderful. I wouldn't complain except it is the 3rd time out of 4 I purchased a concentrate. Each had at least one stem. All the stems were 2 or 3 millimeters long. Small, but annoying.

Tori and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Lobby is always clean and welcoming. You will not be left out on the elements waiting to get in like other stores. Also they are one of the few that will do curbside delivery with an appointment.

Absolutely best staff, all 3 people I came in contact with were helpful and friendly. Strange hours, probably miss quite a bit of business with such restricted open and close times but that doesn't affect me, just seems strange. Purchasing is somewhat of a proccess. If you don't have patience or don't like ordering from a screen with no idea about the product you may not like. The staff is the best! The business itself seems new to the game though, will adjust with time like they all do.
