I have had my office in this building for the last 12 years. When I made the decision to downsize my space for 2023, the landlord was very accommodating and reconfigured my office to what I needed. He did it in the timeline necessary. He does everything he can to keep his tenants in the building and satisfied with their surroundings. The building is well kept and he has made many improvements since purchasing the building several years ago. The easy access on and off 95 is a plus.
