What a joke. I took my elderly client there today to do a simple tax return and an older woman at the desk said that the guy was still sleeping!! We had a 1030 appointment and they asked us to come back at 11. We said no thank you And left. I ended up doing the taxes online for my client without any issue. Which I should’ve done the first place but she insisted going here. Someone needs to be fired lol

One of the best tax office in Manchester area. I been with them for life so many years . Every time I go there it’s better than previous year . Prices, service and professional incredibly polite and helpful. Family oriented business . All year around service. Outcome of your refund has nothing to do with their skills and professionalism. Office management doing excellent job to assist you and representing IRS . Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service. Hassan was amazing. He took the time review my taxes and I am getting a refund because of his hard work.
