BLDG 4 stepped up when our venue for the 12th annual Pirates Salty Ball Testicular cancer fundraiser dumped us last min. The venue was spot on. The management was above board in aiding us setting up. The ambiance fits the Pirate theme perfectly. We were allowed to bring pot luck food as is tradition. They had a pay bar. Clean-up was taken care of, but we helped. I hope to return to this venue next year. We raised over 3k! after expenses.

BLDG 4 has been the most supportive and flexible venue we have ever used for our organization's fundraising gala. We are a children's mental health nonprofit, and our fundraising gala event is in its early years and just getting established. Despite the numerous struggles we came up against this year during planning, BLDG 4 made magical things happen and helped us to have one of our best events ever. Huge shout out to Kia Liis and Greg Neilsen for always checking in and making sure things were going well, and offering a helping hand every single time we needed anything (and this happened a lot) or finding ways to adjust on the fly if plans needed to change. As someone who has been planning events professionally for the past 7 years, I can confidently say that we have never encountered a venue that cared so much about making sure our event was a success, and we are deeply appreciative. BLDG 4 is also a beautiful, unique, historic building that had all the space we needed for our many fundraising activities and event components. It was a huge hit with our guests and we had a great time! Thanks to the whole team, we hope to return soon!

We booked the steam room for a memorial service. Kia had stated the room has a projector and peg boards and easels which there were no peg boards for photos or easels to use. Then she says the projector works that she had to get the guy to turn it on, turns out that was a lie because the other employee flat out said the projector is broken and that a part is on order and never sent her guy up to turn it on. Now when I very nicely let Kia know I was unsatisfied she said they don’t guarantee technology to be working… really? It’s not like the WiFi was down and something she couldn’t control. She repeatedly lied about the projector knowing it was broken. Also, if you rent this venue in the summer be ready to sweat! Sure it has a/c but nowhere near the capacity to cool the space. Other than that not worth the price in comparison to other places unless of course they had appliances that worked and better customer service. A simple sorry from Kia would have been great instead of a snotty attitude. I gave 2 stars because the rustic decor and design was cool.

I had a wonderful experience with Kia! She was very kind, helpful and replied quickly with no issues and answered all of my millions of questions! I hosted a party in the steam boiler room for my daughters first birthday and it held all of our guests (about 50) with no problem at all. I love that it was local and had a great price point. Definitely a recommendation to anyone who needs an event space!

I was so excited when I stumbled on this place during my venue search for my upcoming wedding. It looked like exactly the vibe my fiance and I were looking for. I reached out to the number listed and never received an answer to my text. But I saw a response to a review where they said they will usually answer within 5 days. I continued to reach out to other venues, before we decided to take an impromptu trip to scout other locations. I ended up texting BLDG 4 again to see if I could tour the venue while we were in town and they answered immediately! We set a time to come and I beyond excited to see if it lived up to the pictures. Well - it does! If anything, it exceeded expectations!

But unfortunately, the service is a whole other story. My fiance and I arrived for our 12:15pm appointment and texted the number listed when we arrived -- no response. Another group was setting up an event and pointed us to Kia, who was giving another pair a tour. We didn't interrupt, but I can say for a fact that she saw us waiting. Well, she goes to show this other group another building, and because I have no idea if she's done, I give her a call -- no response. We waited THIRTY MINUTES for a tour that was scheduled but never happened. No message, no apology, no explanation. Saying I'm disappointed would be an understatement.

If you're able to communicate with this venue, you are seriously lucky! But for me, it was a complete nightmare.

Attended an event at this location 2 weeks ago. Beautiful building for an Event. Lots of room and a small yard outback overlooking the river. The staff were very Friendly, Helpful and right there when and if you needed them. Definitely will be seeing them for future Events at this location again.

My fiancé and I had our wedding at bldg 4 and we couldn’t have been happier with how everything turned out. The staff was amazing and helpful. Kia our day of coordinator was absolutely perfect. I couldn’t recommend this venue even more. They truly helped our day be as perfect as it was.

We just had my sister's 40th birthday party here! It was perfect! Kia was so easy to work with. We forgot our speaker and they offered a bluetooth one we could use without hesitation. This was such a cool diamond in the rough! Highly recommend!
