My husband and I got married at the end of September at the Hildene in Manchester, VT. We aren't from the area and knew we needed help identifying great vendors. Additionally, we wanted to work with someone who could keep us organized with the all of the various tasks as well as day of coordination so our families weren't stressed or distracted on wedding day.

We coincidentally met Candice while browsing wedding venues in the area the year prior. We ultimately decided to get married at the Hildene and asked their team if they had worked with Candice before. They had a glowing recommendation and, following our initial consult call, we immediately knew that we had to hire Candice for full service planning.

From the beginning, Candice was awesome to work with. She helped us assemble an A++ vendor team. From there, Candice kept us organized and on track to finish tasks as the months went by. We both have busy work schedules so it would have been easy to fall behind.

In the immediate lead up to and during wedding weekend, Candice was an invaluable asset. She planned, organized, and coordinated things with us and our larger vendor team to ensure everyone was on the same page. In the weeks prior to the wedding and the day of, I think most brides are super stressed but I was only stressed about the weather. Candice flawlessly executed the wedding weekend (Candice helped with our rehearsal dinner, welcome party, and wedding day) so that my husband and I, as well as our families, could be fully present for our incredibly special day. Our wedding day went flawlessly thanks to Candice and people are still describing it as one of the best weddings they've ever been to!

There are so many things to think about and consider when planning a wedding that it would have been overwhelming to do it on our own. There are so many things we never would have thought about, that an expert like Candice has handled many times. We were SO lucky to have Candice on our side and would recommend Candice and her team to anyone!

What makes a good wedding planner? Organizational skills, dependability, creativity, great time management, the ability to get along with all different types of guests, adaptability, problem-solving and phenomenal communication skills. Candice has all of these qualities and more. My now husband and I got married just this past June 17th and were blown away by the work Candice did for us over 6 weeks. She went above and beyond for the entire planning time, and was consistently communicating and writing emails to all of the vendors weeks before the big day, to ensure things functioned and ran smoothly! She ensured that our wedding vision was followed and allowed our dream wedding to come to reality, even despite common and uncommon obstacles! She kept me calm throughout the entire wedding day (and trust me, as a Type A planner, this was probably hard to do). She also reassured me when we were having a few minor issues with vendors that everything would fall into place and it would be okay. She made my family members and the bridal party, especially those who have never been in a wedding before, feel at ease, and allowed them to have fun because she took over all the behind-the-scenes work and details. She was patient, kind to every single one of our guests, extremely professional and timely. She even put away all of our water goblets and our DIY items so that after the wedding, the clean-up the next day was seamless! She left us with an overwhelming sense of happiness and peace. Candice and her team worked through a rainy wedding day, stayed calm and reassured me and my husband that everything would be okay, even when people were running late or when my bustle (wet from the rain) wouldn’t bustle! She carried around umbrellas for us during the first look and even transported me in my wet wedding dress to the reception from the getting-ready suite. She brought us appetizers and drinks and made sure we enjoyed the delicious food that perhaps we wouldn’t have had time to eat otherwise. She calmed our nerves and had an overall positive and calming attitude. No joke, I had a huge 3-ring binder of all the details that I had gathered and organized before our wedding. I didn't even bring it to the wedding, because we were able to put all of our trust in her. And we did. That was the greatest feeling ever to finally let go of control and know that our wedding planner would do an even better job! Without a doubt in our minds, she was the best wedding planner for us and we would choose her again without question for another big life event! Our families and guests were extremely impressed by how smoothly the wedding went, largely due to Candice. Thank you so unbelievably much Candice for all the hard work you put in to make our wedding the absolute best day of our lives! We appreciate you so much and are grateful that there are planners like you to take care of the nitty-gritty, often tiresome or stressful details surrounding a wedding. My husband and I went back and forth on wedding planners, do we need one, don't we.....and thank GOD we said yes to Candice. Candice was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She helped make my dreams a reality. Candice helped with everything from check lists and contract reviews to day of organization.

I could never have enjoyed my wedding as much as I did if it wasn't for Candice and Frankie! They are the best team who handled everything and we just had to show up and have the time of our lives.

She was so helpful because we are not from the Manchester area. The weekend of the wedding she set everything up, made the schedule air tight and ran the show as smoothly as possible. I have so many wonderful things to say about how amazing Candice was as our wedding planner! My husband and I got married in September 2022, and after experiencing a family tragedy and a post-postponed date due to Covid, we decided we needed extra help in coordinating. Candice jumped in when we were six weeks out, and immediately we realized we wished we had hired her from the start. She was so familiar with both our specific vendors/venue and the wedding planning process in general. I consider myself an extremely organized person, but she instantly had a list of important questions that we hadn't even though about.

She made everything run smoothly, paid attention to every, single detail, and made sure we and our guests had the best weekend of our lives! Even when we decided to keep an outdoor ceremony during a potential rain storm, she was able to keep us calm, push back our ceremony start time, make sure our guests had a waiting area and cocktails, and somehow magically clear the skies just in time for us to say "I do" without getting poured on!
