I remember when I was looking for a wedding planner. I was stressed and overwhelmed planning an out of state wedding. I found Ariana and I couldn't have been luckier. She reassured me that the day was going to be perfect; and it was!! My wedding day was the best day of my life! She managed all of my vendors and treated all of my friends and family members so kindly. She even saved me from being stung by a bee that got caught in my train during first look pictures lol. She stayed by my side the entire day and made sure I had everything I needed. I received sneak peak pictures of my wedding photos and there are pictures of Ariana in almost all of them! She really never left my side, even when I didn't realize it. I am eternally grateful for her kindness and professionalism. I am so sad this is now the end of year and half journey together. I'm looking forward to seeing all of the amazing things AMC Weddings accomplish in the future.

There truly are no words to express how grateful we are for Ariana and all of the work she put into our wedding. We hired AMC weddings for month of coverage, and Ariana went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. Ariana kept in constant contact the months leading up to the wedding, created an amazing timeline for our day, and took care of every organizational matter with all our vendors. Because of Ariana, we were able to enjoy the month before our wedding, knowing she was taking care of every aspect. Ariana is a planner's planner. As someone who had a background in events and working high-end weddings, I was under the assumption that I could do it all myself. Of course, with about 2 months left until the wedding, I quickly came to the realization that I simply couldn't do everything and would need help. My florist recommended AMC Weddings to me and I'm so unbelievably grateful that she did. We hired Ariana as our Day-Of Coordinator and she went absolutely above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect and all that we dreamed of. I truly felt like she cared about our wedding day and every detail in it just as much as I did—which I didn't think was possible. It was so refreshing and my mind was so at-peace knowing that Ariana was handling everything for us and always two steps ahead. She provided to-do lists leading up to our day, detailed timelines, bridal party schedules, coordinated with our vendors, ran our rehearsal, and was present on our wedding day from the moment we started getting ready until my husband and I's exit—all these things and so much more that I truly wasn't expecting but allowed us to be able to focus on all the moments of our day. Ariana was absolutely fantastic! She has several different options for her services- I opted for monthly check-ins with lots of help the month of and weekend of the wedding. She totally kept me on track with all of my planning, reminded me of details I would have never thought of, and gave me excellent referrals for other vendors along the way. She is HIGHLY organized, professional, and incredibly motivated. You can tell that she absolutely loves what she does. Last week we had the the most amazing wedding weekend! It was truly better than we could have ever imagined. Our family members and all our guests have not stopped talking about how beautifully everything turned out and how much fun they had. I find myself shaking my head of disbelief whenever I reminisce. It was dreamy… We feel so lucky.

We have so many people to thank for how wonderfully everything turned out, but first on that list is our event planner, Ariana. Ariana is worth her weight in gold. She is professional, caring, organized, and diligent. Everyone who interacted with her on our wedding weekend absolutely loved her!

We started working with Ariana before the Pandemic and were first scheduled to have our wedding in August, 2020. She stood by us for 3 long years and 2 postponements. Her involvement and investment in our wedding never faltered in all that time. She made the horror of rescheduling our wedding feel like just another simple task on her meticulous list of to-dos. I tend to be an overly organized person who struggles with delegating tasks to others; however, I felt entirely trusting of Ariana and quickly learned to let her take the reins. She was also the genius behind many of the creative decisions along the way. My husband and I trusted her eye and we’re so grateful that we did because the outcome was breathtaking.

Just when we thought we knew how amazing Ariana is/can be, she outdid herself on our wedding day. Ariana arrived at the bridal suite on the morning of my wedding with an upbeat attitude and the biggest smile on our face. She was up and ready to go, despite it being 7 in the morning. She also handled each of the inevitable “wedding day bumps in the road” like a true champ. She ensured everything was quickly and professionally resolved and left us out of any unnecessary stressors so that we could enjoy our day.

In short, my strongest recommendation is to definitely book with AMC weddings. You will have absolutely no regrets and you’ll work alongside Ariana and her team who are not only talented and professional planners, they are also amazing people. You’ll learn that wedding planning can be fun and you’ll come out the other side with a new friend in Ariana. Ariana doesn’t know it yet, but she’ll be planning all major events in our family going forward. We can’t wait!

From the very beginning Ariana presented as a business owner who knew exactly what she was talking about, caring towards her clients, and displayed great attention to detail. Me being the first daughter to get married, this was the first wedding my mom has planned since her own wedding, which meant we both had lots of questions. Ariana was extremely knowledgable about each and every aspect of a wedding that you could be curious about. We hired AMC for full wedding planning and I have to say, without having Ariana with me throughout this process, I would have been lost!! Many of my friends who were also planning a wedding around the same time as me would ask me if I could relate at how stressed out they were planning a wedding and the honest answer was... I wasn’t! That was because Ariana took all the stress of vendor communication and meetings, timeline setup, and last minute details off my plate and executed it all flawlessly. She was present at every vendor meeting or phone call, available for questions when needed, and always able to give the best advice from previous experiences. On my wedding day, Ariana was with me from the moment I woke up to the moment I got on the trolley back to my hotel at the end of the night. I felt extremely confident in Ariana and her Team to execute my day flawlessly. I even have to say the AMC team picked up slack where my venue fell short, so for that, I am even more grateful for Ariana and her team being there. Hiring a wedding planner was probably the best decision I made and Ariana fully exceeded my expectations. My wedding was even postponed due to Covid and Ariana calmly and seamlessly helped in shifting a whole wedding to a year later. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with AMC Weddings. She is the first recommendation I give when someone I know gets engaged.

The best decision we made while planning our September 2022 wedding was hiring Ariana and the AMC Weddings team. Her attention to detail, organization, and professionalism throughout the entire wedding planning and designing process was astounding. Ariana was there to make us feel confident in each decision we were making for our wedding day whether the decision big or small. Ariana was our contact person for all of our vendors to alleviate the stress and burden of many, many emails which made the wedding planning process for us that much more enjoyable. Her immaculately-detailed timelines, design plans, itineraries, and expertise were truly unmatched and made our wedding day better than we could have ever imagined. There was even an issue with the person that was supposed to bring our dog Luna to our first look location. We, as the bride and groom, didn’t even realize it was an issue until the following day that Luna was not going to be able to be brought back to our home nearby by the dog company we hired. AMC Weddings didn’t even think twice and drove over 40 minutes one-way to ensure she was brought back safely, without even a hiccup in the day. Our friends and family could not stop telling us how wonderful, professional, and helpful Ariana and her team were throughout the entire day. We could not have made it through this process without her. If you are on the fence about hiring Ariana and AMC Weddings, it will be the best investment you make for a stress-free wedding day! When looking for a month of wedding planner, I was looking for someone who I would be comfortable sharing my ideas with as well as speaking openly if there was something I did not like. Ariana was just that. She made a beautiful inspiration board with many ideas that I wound up incorporating into the wedding. She was detail oriented, and sent reminder emails monthly of tasks to complete that month, making sure that I would remember to get everything done. I got married during the height of COVID, and Ariana was not only understanding of the fluid plans, but also worked diligently to communicate and coordinate with other vendors who had been less flexible with myself as the bride. It was a relief that I had someone else “in my corner” to make sure that everything was planned out smoothly before the wedding. The day of, she communicated efficiently with all of our vendors, kept tabs on many rowdy groomsmen, and seamlessly adjusted our timeline when our shuttle from the hotel showed up late to the ceremony with many guests on board. She arrived early in the morning to set up all of our decor including folding every napkin for each place setting, and stayed until after we left at the end of the reception helping to load up all of our items. Ariana also acted as my wedding etiquette expert, and was available after the wedding for questions. Ariana traveled from RI to PA to provide her services for my wedding, and I am so glad that I was able to find and trust someone like herself to help with our special day. She was able to coordinate and manage extremely well even without having a working relationship with the out of state vendors, which was so impressive to watch. If you are looking for someone you can trust to look at every detail and be able to adjust plans on the fly when needed, look no farther than AMC weddings, I am so glad to have been able to work with her!
