Zero stars!! Avoid this place at all costs!!! The SUV we were given was so dirty and smelled so bad!! And they are not willing to do anything about it. Exterior of car was not washed, interior was absolutely stained everywhere, and barely a half tank of gas. It smelled like wet dog and cigarettes!!! Had to drive with the windows down so I wouldn’t vomit! It’s like they’re just passing on the keys to one customer to the next with no care or concern what condition the car is in. Jobs are not being done by these lazy workers. Horrible beyond belief! Stay far away from this place is my opinion!!!

These people are terrible!! The absolute worst!!! I wish I could give them zero stars. When i went for the car, i asked how much gas was in it and the guy told me "two quarters". I found that to be weird but didn't put too much thought into it. Got in the car and the gas light was on. I addressed it with him and he told me that he meant to say its "two eighths full, which means it needs gas". I go to full it up. After i do that I realize the transmission has problems. I call him back to switch out the car, he tells me check back the next day to see if they have anything. The next day I call and he tells me come for another vehicle. I go and the vehicle he's giving me is on empty as well. I asked him if I could be credited or discounted for all the gas I put in the previous car, he said no. I have to take the loss. He adds that customers are the ones that has to identify problems with the vehicles and notify them. Anyhow, I full up the vehicle with gas. It starts raining heavily; the wipers don't work! Call back and get the manager this time. She says it's the customer's responsibility to fix whatever is wrong with the vehicle. She said she would send me a voucher to buy new wiper blades. Went to get the wiper blades and they rejected the bill, saying that THEIR partner vendor was charging too much for the wiper blades. I ended up going to another one of their partner vendors who wanted a new voucher for me to get the blades and she never did a new voucher for me to get the blades. So for one week of rental, I drove around with very limited visibility whenever it rained or snowed. This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a rental company and strongly believe that this location needs to be gutted from who they have as staff, bring in new and proper personnel, because all who work there has stink attitudes and their policies need to be more customer focused or they need to go out of operations! Corporate needs to look into this.

There rental broke down on me over 2 weeks ago. The police had it towed to a tow yard. Hertz has yet to pick up there vehicle and are still charging me for a car that I do not have possession of. When I call to ask about the staff usualy is rude and hanga up on me. After 2 weeks I finally got someone to tell me that there waiting for a third party to pick up the car meanwhile I'm still being charged for a car that broke down. Smh I feel like I'm being scammed!

Refunded my deposit after I left the lot and demanded I return the car because I couldn’t pay a second deposit. They took 300$, refunded it “due to errors on their back end”. A refund I don’t get back until 5 days. Then they ask for another 250$ before I can earn with Lyft. They closed the weekend, they blame Lyft, Lyft blames hertz. I’m paying 400$ a week for a car that I can’t use to make money because “their error on the back end”. It’s a scam. Under no circumstances rent a vehicle through Lyft with these people.

Terrible customer service. Unfortunately when I was transferred to the manager it ended up worse and no resolution to my problem unanswered questions and just beyond difficult to work with. Polite is out of the question this place is beyond difficult and the attitude is straight from the beginning and just progressively gets worse if you try to stand up for yourself. Never ever again will I do business here again.

Hidden gem right in town. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Book well in advance, they don't have an airport fleet to choose from so a particular car may go fast.

I rented this car for 2 weeks and the first few days of having it I called the company and the lady going to tell me she doesn’t know what to tell me . First of all if a customer has an issue you the company suppose to replace . But I will never rent a rental . Then they charge California rates and taxes . For a 2019 it should have HIGH BEAM LIGHTS/ Fog Lights
