I recently had the pleasure of working with Meriden Party Rentals for a family event, and I’m thrilled to share that they exceeded all of my expectations from start to finish. From the moment I first contacted them, their friendly and professional staff made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. The owner’s dedication to customer satisfaction was evident in every interaction.

The equipment provided was top-notch especially the bouncy house and water slide , which were a huge hit with the kids. The tables and chairs were in excellent condition, and the concession stands were a great addition to the party. Everything was delivered on time and set up perfectly.

Given the outstanding service and high-quality equipment, I will definitely be continuing to use Meriden Party Rentals for all of our future family events. Highly recommended!

Recently went through these guys for our wedding. If I could give more than 5 stars they are 100% deserving of it.

I worked with Carlos and he was great not only was he the only company in the area to give me a call back, he always answered in a extremely timely manner, all I did was tell him what I was interested in and gave him a date and time. I've recently moved to CT from NY and am generally unfamiliar with the area. Even then Carlos still told me which areas he works in and the different prices per area.

I need 40 chairs delivered to Hartford City Hall and there was 0 issues with that. Not only did he deliver them I got stuck in traffic on my way up there and Carlos went above and beyond even beginning to set the chairs up for me before I even got there!

In all honesty I've never even personally written a review but Carlos at Meriden Party Rentals genuinely deserved it. I am absolutely going to recommend them to any and everyone in the area interested in Chair rentals.

Also, Carlos was the lowest price in the area by a decent margain. Great Price Exceptional Service, and overall amazing experience with them 100/10!!!

They saved a boys birthday party last minute! We had set up a rental with another company over a month in advance. They no-showed and while apologetic, did not help. I called Meriden Party Rental and within 45 minutes, they were here dropping off a bounce house for our son’s birthday party.
We will always be using them from now on. Thank you for commendable services, great customer service and professionalism!!!!

Ordering online was super easy and convenient. This was a last minute decision so we contacted them directly by phone to ensure we could order and there was no hassle at all. They arrived prior to our start time to setup and picked up the next morning with no issues. I can’t say enough about these guys. First - the equipment is best in class. They make sure everything is staked down and test and set up. They are also the nicest people in the world and they have made so many events extra special. Can’t recommend enough. We love Meriden Party Rentals!
