My husband and I don’t get a lot of extra time together, but we had a few hours so we decided to go to the mall. While walking around, we found this escape room and asked if we could do a room even though we did not have a reservation. Dori Was so sweet and polite. She helped us choose a room And was very helpful with hints

For first time escapees Alcatraz was a lot of fun! We finished early, but it was challenging enough. Jess, Dory and Amal were great showing us how to use the locks, giving instructions and taking care of us when we were finished .

Dori and Jess were fantastic hosts. They accommodated our large group and oriented us with both our rooms. The rooms were pretty fun, but not as decked out as other escape rooms I’ve been to. The rooms have an open ceiling and you can hear the other groups/rooms while you’re in yours. The Black Ops room was primarily padlock based, so little variety in the types of puzzles you solve. But overall we had fun and were able to get out with 9 min to spare!

Sue did an absolutely fantastic job helping us solve Sherlock’s library escape room! From the start, she was highly engaging, offering us just the right amount of clues without giving too much away. Her energy kept us motivated and focused throughout the challenge. She had an incredible knack for guiding us through the puzzles when we got stuck, pointing us in the right direction while still allowing us to work things out ourselves. Thanks to her expertise and support, we managed to escape the room and had an amazing time in the process. Sue truly elevated the experience, making it both challenging and fun!
