They're gross. They have bed bugs, the office staff are incredibly rude. We found a hypedermic needle in the dresser, and while we were there, a customer in another room died from an overdose. Do not recommend ever. When explaining to police about what we found in the dresser, officer responded with, "Welcome to Newington, be glad you're at this one. The other motels are worse. " They also do not clean the rooms and we were told they only wash/ change the sheets once a week.

An experience so horrendous I left within an hour of checking in. There were stains on the bedding and the curtains. The room smelt terrible. The floor was dirty. And there was no wifi. None. And the receptionist kept insisting that there was. I was there on business and needed wifi to do work for a deadline the next day. Staying without wifi simply wasn't possible. They agreed to issue a refund, which they still have not done, despite a month of phone calls and emails. Terrible. Horrible. Very bad place run by very bad people.

Staff is incredibly rude, the property is nice. Rooms in front are decent and some what updated cus they are nightly. The Weekly rooms are nasty they do not clean them. They house some of the worse individuals here.

*Be Aware** Worst motel place ever dirty, unsanitary and Unsafe for guests. After I got checked in by a very rude older woman front desk no manners nor professional service assigned me room 143 room already paid for more than a week I had to checked out dirty floors, germs everywhere this woman tried to scam me I called the cops right away to get my money refunded which they did in front of the police officers. Be careful do not stay in this property motel they will try to scam steal put you in a dumpster of drugs addicts. I know how to defend myself it’s not acceptable for innocents people families to deal with the fact that who manages this motel don’t care and think they can get away with this unlawful unsafe place. Again be careful

This is the worst motel to stay. Blood stains on the walls. Holes in the walls. No dresser drawers. Box spring is used for a bed. No mattress. Dirty linen. My first night stay the linen had all kinds of stains on it. Laundry $4 to wash and $4 to dry. Only 2 machines work.
The front desk staff along with the manager are rude and lack customer service skills. Especially that old bitty with the tattoos. She been there since the 1800s so she act like she own the hole in the wall. They don't want to give you clean linen since there are no housekeepers that come around. There are only two nice staff people and they are the older maintenance man and a lady that works the front desk weekend mornings. All the rest of the staff throw them in the overflowing dumpster in the back.
This motel is not good for even a one night stay. There are plenty of other better motels with better hospitality along Berlin Turnpike. The state need to come in and shut the raggedy place down. PERIOD!

If I could give this place a two star and half I would. Let’s start with once I arrived at 1:30 am I noticed the place is a little rundown but it was ok at the moment because I was very exhausted so I get the room with the jacuzzi ( a hole on a floor) why I call it that well because the whole 5 nights we stayed we were given one day comp ONLY instead of two or one with some sort of discount if we chose to stay again which we did smh. I literally had to wait 3 to 4 hours for the hole to be fill by that time water was extremely cold as they did not have hot water AT ALL only in the small shower which I think it was timed because 5 mins in it was freezing cold. There was no hot water whatsoever shower , sink or the hole we still stayed because I was already settled and did not wanted to move rooms as the whole point was to have a wonderful night with my spouse in a bubbly well on my first day at 2:pm we were brought a hose to pass the lil hot water from the shower to the jacuzzi which I have pics and videos we complain about it and the manager or owner NEVER SHOWED FACE like literally we do not know how he/she looks like literally hid behind a phone. So the first day when they brought the hose we used the jacuzzi only because the hot water somewhat worked the first day from the shower to the jacuzzi water was warm again somewhat. The rest of the days we were unable to use it as they got a plumber but it still didn’t worked and we were not update AT ALL. We literally paid $185 per night for a room with jacuzzi that never worked. Ok so let’s backtrack a little we did not have a phone, trash can, working hair dryer, coffee maker and the towels were ALL DIRTY we bought our own and WE CLEANED the jacuzzi. The shower soap dispenser was filthy, under the sink filthy MY SPOUSE asked for a broom and a mop WE CLEANED IT. The tv has an amazing quality and bed was comfortable. Ok so let’s speak about the staff Faye at the beginning was very very rude till she got to know us and literally was the ONLY ONE that touched the water and noticed it was really cold , bria was amazing and shelly omg a superstar I love her and the maintenance Jesus was super duper and you can tell they were embarrassed but they maintain their front desk customer service. Sink was very tiny is if is like for a toddler but whatever. When you call the hotel and ask for their name ONLY one person will literally tell you that YOU DO NOT NEED TO KNOW THAT so that is a bigggg NO. I worked in hospitality for 23 years and I’ve never encountered such a disappointment. I don’t know who the owner or manager is but they really need to do better with their guests I never complained like this but if I don’t do this then someone else will fall for it.

RUN FROM THIS PLACE! Already filed a BBB complaint. they will charge your card twice! Give you one declined receipt! and turn you away! it's been over a week, still not $1 back from them. $405 x 2 = $810 they are holding. im sorry your business is in financial debt, but don't use customers $ who need a place to stay, in order to fund your debt and release it back when the money is available to do so. indian crooked, and a miserable old bag behind the front desk early afternoons.
broken curtains, damaged floors, looks like your staying in a 1995 motel.
DO NOT SOEND YOUR MONEY HERE THEY WILL HOLD IT AND USE IT FOR THEIR BUSINESS AND RELEASE IT WHEN ITS CONVENIENT FOR THEM 30 days later!!
