12-21-24 The Super Club

On A Positive Note: Dined for dinner today with a good friend. The band was great.

While the food was delicious, the service SUCkED!!! The plate was far too big for the salmon**,potatoes and veggies. 👀 The sever did not check in with us after we received our food. We had to beg for a check.👀🤦🏽‍♀️ It took 20 minutes to get the check ( no exaggeration, as I timed it.) To finish things off with a bad touch- we were not offered dessert.🤷‍♀️

The Verdict: The food was tasty, the plate too large for the amount of food for my order, salmon however, based on the poor service, I will skip this place in the future.

First time ordering food from here and deff will do again! Everything was absolutely delicious and very flavorful. Salad was also very fresh. Portions were worth the price! Everyone in the family enjoyed it.

The place is awesome however this past Friday I ordered the bacon wrapped scallops and i got 3 scallops. the market value for a pound of scallops is around $24. I was very disappointed i got 3 scallops. actually very shocked. Even the table next to me was shocked. i paid $38 for 3 scallops and mashed potatoes. Even 6 scallops would be on the low side but if owner or staff see this comment 3 scallops if not cool to give to customers for a $35 plus plate.

Unfortunately, I was there for a private event that was a sad occasion, but the staff was attentive, and the food was delicious. I wanted to have one drink and accidentally left my card at the bar. The bartender walked around through a very crowded room to find me. I was one quick face of a couple hundred he must have seen. I thought that was above and beyond. Most places would have held it, and hoped I came back looking for it. The staff, as a whole, made a positive impression all around!

AWESOME!! A+/Superlative service, food, ambiance, and band. Valente Brothers with Gina PHENOMENAL. Gina's voice is incredible! Great dance floor, has a disco ball, classy atmosphere. Cam was an excellent server!

Decent food and some good bands but way too loud. Take ear plugs and forget about conversation. Service is variable. I had to wait over 1 hour for a desert. People got their food that ordered after me first.

My wife and I decided to try this place one Saturday night. We walked in the front door and were awkwardly greeted by the host asking us why we were there. Confused, I asked if this was a restaurant and can we get dinner? We were lead to the dining area that was empty besides one very large group celebrating someone’s birthday.

It immediately felt like we were crashing somebody else’s party. When we were seated the host asked if we have ever been there before and when I answered no, she just turned around and said let me get the waiter. I found that awkward.

As we sat there awkwardly while the large group around us celebrated, we decided this is not the place for us, so we left.

We did not get a chance to try the food. This may be a great place for an event, not so much for a dinner date. I probably will not try again, what a shame.

Horrible way to start off the new year 2025 service was horrible I mean horrible ! 45 min waiting for a drink , took 2 hrs for us to get our food after our order was taken ! Had to mention to the manager we never got our salad and hour later they got it ! Other tables complained the food was horrible waitress never came to the tables to take orders from other people also long wait for their dinner ! Horrible choice of limited menu for New Year’s Eve ! No stuff shrimp or fish ! Baked cod lobster nothing good ! Ordered a dish with seafood and it called for lobster meat in it !! Guess what it wasn’t lobster it was imitation crab meat couldn’t fool me , and spoke to manager about it and he told me it was crab meat when it’s supposed to be lobster meat very critical what if someone has food allergies!!!!!! Shame on them never will recommend anyone to this place and I will not be dining there anytime soon in the future !! Maybe they were under staffed but not fair to the customers !!! Bad service .! Bad management .!? Long wait time from kitchen !! 2hrs !!! Waitress came to table 2 times one to take orders and another to bring the bill !! The place needs better management!!!!! And TRAINED WAITSTAFF !!! (All these reviews I read here not even 1 of them had any returned comments from the owner or management!! That shows they don’t really care what happens ?) 😧
