We stopped in ‘just to look’ and walked out with a down payment on a darling 2023 Bambi. Vicki L. was our salesperson and she was awesome! Very down to earth and we connected right away. No pressure, we sold ourselves. We were able to pick up within 4 days to start our first vacation in the new Bambi.
Melinda walked us through all the paperwork in record time so we could hit the road. The guys that hooked us up and walked us through the trailer process were also excellent.

I was having furnace related issues, on a Sunday & the temp was 15 degrees outside. I wrote an email asking for help got an automated message back saying that they were closed until Tuesday and that I had to wait….

Then, Terry M, randomly texted me, explaining he wasn’t a service tech, but just a general manager, gave me a few things to try @ BOOM, we have heat. It was as if GOD parted the clouds & instead of resting on the 7th day, decided to give us heat. Haha. Thank you Terry! You taking the time to text me when your closed and help me through this was amazing. My little family appreciates you more than words!

The Service Advisor was very friendly and she gave me good directions on where to drop my trailer and told me the approximate time it would take for the service. Then, when the service was done, she called me to let me know and then had someone help me back-up my truck to hitch-up my trailer. Very good customer service!

Purchased a used 2017 25ft rear twin bed from Portland Airstream Adventures. First, I would say that the whole experience was much more like buying from a high end card dealer. Sales and service were great. We wanted a 25 footer and visited Portland (4 hour drive) to confirm that. They did not have the twin bed in stock, but later found us one and had it delivered to Portland at no charge. Once the trailer had arrived, and was detailed we drove down for the inspection, training, and pickup. She looked brand new. They did a good job on the detailing, threw in a new set of tires, and an Adventure Box filled with goodies we would need – all no extra charge.

We had a miss-communication on the charging ability from the truck, and we came to a very equitable solution to add the parts needed to do this. The walk around showing how to use everything inside and out was very thorough. It was 95 degrees, so we did not have the opportunity to check the heating – heat pump, or furnace. By now it was late in the day, so they offered for us to stay the night and they hooked us up to power and water.

Back home, now 60 degrees temp, I checked the heat pump (worked fine connected to my 15amp garage power), and the LPG furnace – it did not work. So, a call into service and being 4 hour drive away I worked with one of the technicians to verify the problem – Sail Switch. I had heard they were problematic. OK, so they sent me a replacement switch. It did not work either – hmm… A little more digging on both our parts and it seems there was a part number change from Dometic. They sent the correct switch out and the furnace work! Hey, those things happen. Very nice to be able to save the drive in and trouble shoot on the phone with their service department. Oh, and I did purchase a second sail switch as a spare.

We bought a Classic 33 and added many accessories. Vicki was our sales associate, she is very nice. Manager Terry is a competent professional and very customer focused. Everone there seems this way. However, when we arrived to pick up the trailer, it was in no shape to be delivered. They had forgotten to install the Anderson controler and the receiver hitch at back of trailer. The kitchen light switch would not function. The TV raise/lower assembly was not functioning and making a grinding noise. It will need a complete new assembly from the factory. Delivery is now postphoned by a week with another service call to install tv assembly. Allen and Pablo did a very sanitary installation of 10 solar panels, a large lithium battery bank and a 3 inch lift. This is our third airstream from this dealer. It seems they did not check or record the options list or check all the systems prior to delivery. I still like these folks and sometimes these things happen.
