This is a great place to stay for an early flight. It's adjacent to the airport so you just have to go downstairs and a short hallway and you are in the airport. The beds are comfortable but not superior. The service of people working there is wonderful. However, the Starbucks is hardly ever open when we've stayed and the restaurant isn't either. They have a small diner adjacent to the restaurant that is open, So you can still grab a bite to eat. We stay here often for early flights.

Walked from baggage claim to friendly check-in in. Nice clean, quiet room on high floor. Fun lobby bar for bite to eat. Daily room cleaning is much appreciated. The executive lounge is closed. However, titanium Bonvoy is treated to nice breakfast and appetizers in the restaurant. Easy walk to pick up/drop off rental car. Wish they had a pool and lounge was open.

We booked the Sheraton as our hotel to host our wedding guests. They had the nicest accommodations, and their price was competitive. Don’t book with them unless you want to be nickel and dimed every step of the way by Brianna the Sales Manager. She was cold, dismissive, and fought us every step of the way, making this vendor by far the most stressful to deal with throughout our entire wedding planning process. We were told that we could make gift bags and have them handed out at the front desk with no charge, then after hand making 35 and dropping them off at the hotel days prior to our wedding, she told us it would be a $5 charge per bag to hand it to our guests as they checked in. We have in writing from a prior email that there was no charge to hand it to our guests at check in, and had to provide that email as proof to not be charged. She was very slow to add rooms to our wedding block and we had to ask her personally to add them each time, this resulted in the hotel being fully booked before the contracted date for our guests to book by. Almost every Monday leading up to our wedding, we had to proactively reach out to her to ask to add rooms to our room block. We did a lot of our wedding logistics ourselves, and this created added stress on our plates. Not all of our wedding guests could get rooms including one of the Groomsmen. One year in advance we had told her verbally and via email and when initially touring the hotel that we would need at least 35 rooms, and she would not add them at more than 5 at a time. The rooms were nice and clean, the staff was welcoming and nice, but Brianna was not a pleasure to work with and treated us like a burden every step of the way. Immediately after our wedding, she started charging us for various things like an alcohol fine of $250 due to a few guests bringing the drinks they had to the after party with them, which we had very little control over. We had a farewell breakfast at the hotel the following morning for the guests staying at the hotel, and when some of the local friends wanted to stop in they counted them towards the headcount and charged us an additional $550 despite many of them not eating anything, and no additional food being brought out. The constant nickel and diming and fining us the day after our wedding left a sour taste in my mouth, and I can’t recommend this hotel for large event bookings. What a nightmare.

Place is great and clean but the mirrors in the bathrooms are the crowning glory of the personal stay. The lighting is insane. It was like seeing myself in HD for the first time.
Also all of the staff in the hotel restaurant are wonderful people and they deserve the world.

Easy parking. Follow Terminal A and drive past Departures. You will see the entrance to their parking garage when you reach the front of the hotel. Received ticket at parking gate, hold on to ticket and show it to staff at front desk to validate it. Don't lose the ticket. I paid $10 plus tax instead of the default $19. I was attending a
Christmas party so that may be part of the reason for the discount. Need to scan ticket to leave parking lot. - December 2024

Really disappointed. I love this hotel for its convenience after late night flights. This time, after called earlier in the day to make sure my room wasn’t given away (“no, we don’t do that” is what I was told), I tried to check in and the clerk told me the hotel was overbooked. I had to wait for a shuttle to the Doubletree, a sister property. At this point I was so tired I couldn’t debate my point, and I was taken the cheaper hotel and given a small room with double beds - not the king I paid $200+ for at the Sheraton.||This wasn’t the world’s biggest deal, but there were zero apologies to myself and other travelers who were also in late and inconvenienced. I think I may skip Sheraton altogether next time.

Hotel is in very good physical shape, both the public spaces and gthe room where we stayed. Great bathroom appointments, huge flat screen TV. Dinner at the hotel's own restaurant was very tasty and the menu a good mix of sandwiches and heavier fare. Hotel lobby has immediate access to the TSA Precheck line in the airport.

My husband and I have stayed at the Sheraton Bradley several times prior to air travel. It’s attached to the Main Terminal which makes it very convenient. During a recent visit,|Check-in was both efficient and friendly. The desk person acknowledged my Marriott status and provided complimentary waters. Our room seemed recently updated with modern furnishing. The bathroom seemed brand new. |The hotel offers a Starbucks, Cloud 9 Lounge (open late) and Concorde’s Restaurant which also offers a delicious breakfast. We enjoyed drinks and several appetizers at the Lounge and then early morning breakfast at Concorde’s. The food and service was excellent and well-priced at both. |The Sheraton is a wonderful and convenient hotel.
