Hoyt Livery was AMAZING for my past few trips as the shuttles to the airport and back. I traveled with a large group of 20+ girls, and then again with 8 girls, and both experiences were exceptional. All the vans arrived earlier than the pickup to ensure they had time to load all the luggage in! Every driver was SO friendly and made it such a great experience. Upon arrival home, I already had texts from the drivers letting me know they were there, even before I exited the plane. Very on time + reliable, and would recommend to anyone looking for a transportation company!

My wife and I used Hoyt to travel between our New Haven home and EWR (Newark) spring of 2024. Email communications were clear and prompt. Going there, the friendly driver found our house (not easy) and arrived early. The drive was smooth and easy. Upon landing in EWR, I immediately received a text from the driver and he quickly found us and was very helpful. The stop-and-go, slow and heavy traffic made the return drive a bit rough, but he was a safe driver. We will use Hoyt again. I like it that gratuities are included in the price, which was actually a bit lower than originally quoted.

TOP notch and professional! I had such a wonderful experience with Hoyt Livery Service. My driver arrived well ahead of schedule. He was so professional and was attuned to the traffic patterns that might cause delay. We arrived at the airport well ahead of my scheduled flight which put me at ease and made for an enjoyable vacation experience.

I have used Hoyt's excellent service for 25 years including during Covid when I never stopped travelling.. During a recent trip we had a little misunderstanding when the LGA flight was delayed and I was charged $90 for calling to push back the pick-up time from my home in NC, even though it was no fault of my own. After several delays the flight was ultimately cancelled and I was refunded the fare without a problem, but not the cancelation fee. Upon my return from the trip I stopped by Cross Street and explained to Santos what happened who as I had expected refunded the cancelation fee without the slightest hesitation. The livery companies clearly took a beating during Covid and may as a result be a little aggressive in tacking on fees but it's nice to have recourse to the owner to resolve any issues that may arise...
