Some holiday climbs visiting from Colorado! Max - front desk rockstar that gave us the welcome, did our lead test, sprayed us on the gym. Quality employee. This guy deserves a pay raise <3 Clean facilities, well marked areas on boulders and ropes. Really liked the stack of blocks that show how many routes/boulders are of each grade and their scheduled times for new sets and when to remove older sets. Tons of autobelays. Felt very friendly and approachable as a first time visitor to the gym. Only thing missing was a board system at this place. Could def use a kilter or TB2 instead of the spray wall.

Adventure Rock made my first rock climbing experience absolutely unforgettable! As a first-timer, I was a bit nervous, but the welcoming atmosphere and helpful staff put me at ease right away. The gym is spacious, clean, and well-organized, with a wide variety of climbing routes for all skill levels.

The staff took the time to explain the basics of climbing, safety, and gear, which helped me feel confident before my first climb. There was a wide range to choose from; from beginner-friendly routes to more challenging ones, made it easy to progress and try different levels.

Came in to all of the front desk staff turned around and mingling as we waited for someone to acknowledge us being there. After no front desk staff made any effort to even look towards us we decided on leaving as their conversations are more important than helping out their customers. Would not recommend overall poor customer service

Went here Sunday the 26th! When we first arrived the front desk staff was deep in convo, we waited a couple minutes until I was like hello This happened a few more times throughout our time. They also no longer supply chalk which is kind of weird for a climbing gym. Lastly there was a belay class on the clip on side which took away a few climbing options. Just thought they could belay on the belay side Overall the kiddos had fun and will return but needs some work

Probably great for beginners or one-time visitors, but the lead climbing here could be better. Short walls (half the height of the building?), low route density, low turnover and greasy holds. Lead routes also tend to bias toward awkward movement on big positive holds.

Great experience! We took 4 grandkids, ages 3 to 14, and they had a fantastic time! The facility was clean and well maintained. A staff member gave the climbers instructions and offered them help from staff if needed. The climbers were respectful of the facility and of other climbers and often offered assistance to others. Our kids wanted to return the next day as they had such a good time and felt so good about their accomplishments. We were at the Milwaukee location on Commerce St as they have automatic ropes as well as independent belay climbs and bouldering.

Climbed for the first time with my son who has been a member for a year now. The facility is amazing. Climbing for all levels of experience. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Equipment is top notch and in great shape. Had a blast and will be back.

I love this place for indoor climbing. The staff are friendly and really kind people. The gym environment is not what you expect of a normal gym if you’re new to climbing. They offer classes as well so it’s nice option to invest into. Membership is worth it if you go enough and the offer free yoga classes with it. Really helps balance out all the climbing!!
